1、Unit 5 What does he do?一、教材分析本单元学习的主题是人物职业和生活情况。教学内容主要是通过家长日Oliver和Sarah谈论各自父母工作的情景以及Mike和Xiao Yu在回家路上谈自己家人工作和生活的场景来展开的。教学重点是能听、说、读、写核心句型“一What does he/she do?He/She”Where does he/she work?He/She works How does he/she go to work?He/She goes to workJ;能听、说、读、写单词和词组:factory worker,postman,businessman,p

2、oliceofficer,fisherman,scientist,pilot,coach二、学情分析六年级英语在小学英语教学中起着承上启下的作用,既是五年级的衍生又是初中一年级的铺垫。经过三年的学习,大部分学生对英语仍然保持着浓厚的兴趣,但有少数学生由于遇到困难,学习兴趣可能会开始减退。因此,这个学期在教学中,我应该以学生的发展为宗旨,以培养学生的创新精神和实践能力为重点,面向全体学生,在激发学生兴趣的同时,扎扎实实地从每个学生抓起。六年级的学生学习比较理性。教师在以活动为课堂教学的主要形式的同时,要充分发挥任务性教学在高年级的优化使用,设计丰富多彩的教学活动,有效的教学任务。同时注意到学生中

3、存在的两极分化,教学内容注意由简到难,循序渐进,在知识的复现中做好及时补差工作。充分培养学生的听说读写能力,尤其要加强识读,拼写的能力。重视阅读能力和写作能力的同步培养。重视英语作为语言的交际功能。三、教学目标1知识与能力能够听 说 读、写 句 型“一What does he do?He is a businessman.一Where does he work?He works at sea.-How does he go to work?一He goes to work by bike.能够在情景中运用句型 一What does he/she do?He/She is一Wheredoes h

7、力任务 能够通过观察、谈 论Lefs talk板块的图片,在图片、PPT和老师的帮助下理解对话大意,并回答对话后面的问题 通过听录音,学会按照正确的意群及语音、语调朗读对话,并能在小组中进行角色表演,能够在情景中运用句型“一What does he/she do?He/She is”谈论人物的职业 能够在情景中运用第三人称单数的特殊疑问句在语境中借助图片等帮助理解“country,head teacher”的意思,并能正确发音过程与方法通过问题引导学生观察并讨论图片,借助图片预测教学内容,培养学生的观察能力和逻辑推理能力。通过图片内容激活已有知识,并提取与文本有关的知识,进入文本话题。情感态度

26、/she do?”来谈论职业。老师将通过多种教学活动巩固重点单词和句型,使学生掌握本节课知识点。课时目标知识与能力通过图片、课件等,结合教材中张鹏和Oliver在职业体验日谈论自己父母工作的情景学会听、说、读、写有关职业的单词及词组:factory worker,postman,businessman,police officer能够熟练运用上述单词及词组,并通过多种活动运用句型“What does he/she do?”来谈论职业 能够在教师的帮助下听录音,获取相关信息并完成听后连线任务 能够根据完成的连线内容就四人父母的职业进行问答练习过程与方法结合图片和对话引导学生学习新单词。借用多媒体
