2、粉昆虫工厂化繁育研宄。 E-mail: 。 丽蚜小蜂对烟粉虱和温室白粉虱若虫的寄生与取食选择性 尹园园,陈浩,翟一凡,林清彩,张思聪,庄乾营,于毅,郑礼 # (山东省农业科学院植物保护研究所,山东省植物病毒学重点实验室天敌与 授粉昆虫研究中心,山东济 南 250100) 摘要:为明确丽蚜小蜂对寄主的偏好,及其对烟粉虱和温室白粉虱若虫的防控效果,在实验室条件下,设 计选择性试验,研宄了丽蚜小蜂对烟粉虱和温室白粉虱 1 4 龄若虫的寄生与取食选择性。结果表明:在各 龄期中,丽蚜小蜂均更偏好寄生温室白粉虱、偏好取食烟粉虱,并且寄生 2 3 龄粉虱若虫数较多、取食 4 龄若虫数最多;丽蚜小蜂对 2 种

5、ce of Encarsia formosa and control effect on Bemisia tabaci and Trialeurodes va prorariorum, the parasitic and host feeding preference of E. formosa on 1st to 4th instar nymphs of B. tabaci and T. vaprorariorum were studied in laboratory. The results showed that E. formosa preferred to parasitize T.

6、 vaprorariorum preferred to feed B. tabaci among all instars. The parasitoid parasitized more 2nd to 3rd instar nymphs and fed more 4th instar nymphs. The total mortality of two species of whitefly nymphs parasitized by E. formosa had no significant difference. In conclusion, 2nd to 3rd instar nymph

7、s of T. vapr or ar i or um could be chosen in large-scale rearing of E. formosa. The control effects of E. formosa on T. vaporariorum and B. tabaci had no significant difference. 9、的丽蚜小蜂对烟粉虱和白粉虱 3 龄若虫的寄生及取食特 性,表明丽蚜小蜂对 2 种粉虱若虫的总致死量无显著差异,与本试验 结果一致。 综合来看,规模化繁育丽蚜小蜂最好选用温室白粉虱作为繁育寄主,并且选用 2 龄或 3 龄粉虱若虫接 种丽蚜小蜂。丽蚜小蜂对温室白粉虱与烟粉虱若虫的总致死量无显著差异,因此认为,在田间应用时,丽 蚜小蜂对这 2种粉虱均有较好的防治效果。 参考文献: 1 Byrne D N, Bellows T S, Culotta E.
