2、。 命题体裁形式灵活多变，体现了新高考的基础性、应用性、创新性和综合性相结合的特点，更加系统地实现了高考评价体系的实施。高考预测 传统的书面表达是一种控制性写作，即通过要点提示、图画、表格等命题形式来限定书面表达的内容、人称、时态、字数、文体等。自由发挥的空间不大，在一定程度上限制了考生的思维、想象等能力的发挥空间。而“开放作文”只给出主题或两三点提示或一段素材，或者一副图画，然后考生在此基础上充分发挥想象力，自由发挥，自由创作。这有利于开启考生的创新意识，激发考生的创新精神，展示考生的创新能力。分析近几年全国卷可知，随着高考英语改革进程的不断深入与发展，英语书面表达的命题形式日趋灵活与开放，
