1、教师教学工作计划姓 名年级 七年级 学科 English教材分析七年级下册共有12个单元，加上书后的补充材料以及语音和语法知识。每个单元都有一个话题，融合交际功能和语言结构。每个单元都列出了明确的语言目标，主要的功能项目与语法结构和需要掌握的基本词汇，而且所有知识点能服务于每单元的话题与活动。每个单元分为A、B 两部分。A 部分是基本的语言内容，B 部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有self check部分，供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识之用。学生能从语言的输入到语言的消化吸收最后到学生的语言输出，形成了一个循序渐进的生活化的学习过程。因此作为教师一定要把握好教材的特点：一方面
2、要加强对学生进行语言运用能力的培养，另一方面也需加强学生学习能力和学习策略的培养，同时通过学生对英语国家文化的学习，来帮助他们增强世界意识和爱国主义精神。学情分析我己经给这些学生上过一学期了，比较熟悉他们的学习状况，了解他们的性格，大多数学生学习态度较端正，学习积极性较高，但学习习惯不是很好。有的学生计算能力较差，有的学生动手操作能力较差，独立解决问题的能力也比较差。大部分学生还存在着依赖性，不愿意自己探究知识，没有好的学习习惯，还要教师在今后的学习中进行渗透。教学目标学生应有较明确的英语学习动机和积极主动的学习态度。能听懂教师对有关熟悉话题的陈述并能参与讨论。能读供七年级学生阅读的简单读物和
3、报纸杂志，克服生词障碍，理解大意。能根据阅读目的运用适当的阅读策略。能与他人合作，解决问题并报告结果，共同完成学习任务。能在学习中互相帮助，克服困难。能合理计划和安排学习任务，积极探索适合自己的学习方法。在学习和日常交际中能注意到的差异。教学重点难点重点：掌 握 句 型 重 点 词 汇 会 运 用 why提问原因，用 because表达理由；谈论自己及他人的职业；动词的现在分词的变化规则，进行时的基本句式；表达对不同天气的不同态度及原因；描写人物的外貌的词汇和句型；学会订餐、叫外买；掌握一般过去时的基本用法，能用一般过去时谈论过去的事情；表达看法、喜好；制定家规、校规、班规等。难点：询问语言及

5、注重过程评价，促进学生发展，建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。6.精心备课，努力提高课堂效率，抓好学生管理。7.注意因材施教，采用分层分类教育，帮助不同层次的学生获得不同的提高和收获。因我校学生两极分化现象极为严重，因此在复习过程中我将对不同层次的学生提不同的要求。对基础较差的同学重点放在基础知识的复习上，对于一部分尖子生重点放在能力的培养和知识的综合运用上。8.注意做好学生的心理调试工作，对于自感压力太大的同学要耐心地疏导，从思想上为他“减负”，使其能在平静宽松的氛围中进行有序的复习，较好地完成学习任务；对于没有任何心理压力，还没进入复习状态的同学要给予一定的压力，使其在压
