1、教师教学工作计划姓 名年级 七年级 学科 English教材分析七年级下册共有12个单元,加上书后的补充材料以及语音和语法知识。每个单元都有一个话题,融合交际功能和语言结构。每个单元都列出了明确的语言目标,主要的功能项目与语法结构和需要掌握的基本词汇,而且所有知识点能服务于每单元的话题与活动。每个单元分为A、B 两部分。A 部分是基本的语言内容,B 部分是知识的扩展和综合的语言运用。每个单元还有self check部分,供学生自我检测本单元所学的语言知识之用。学生能从语言的输入到语言的消化吸收最后到学生的语言输出,形成了一个循序渐进的生活化的学习过程。因此作为教师一定要把握好教材的特点:一方面

2、要加强对学生进行语言运用能力的培养,另一方面也需加强学生学习能力和学习策略的培养,同时通过学生对英语国家文化的学习,来帮助他们增强世界意识和爱国主义精神。学情分析我己经给这些学生上过一学期了,比较熟悉他们的学习状况,了解他们的性格,大多数学生学习态度较端正,学习积极性较高,但学习习惯不是很好。有的学生计算能力较差,有的学生动手操作能力较差,独立解决问题的能力也比较差。大部分学生还存在着依赖性,不愿意自己探究知识,没有好的学习习惯,还要教师在今后的学习中进行渗透。教学目标学生应有较明确的英语学习动机和积极主动的学习态度。能听懂教师对有关熟悉话题的陈述并能参与讨论。能读供七年级学生阅读的简单读物和

3、报纸杂志,克服生词障碍,理解大意。能根据阅读目的运用适当的阅读策略。能与他人合作,解决问题并报告结果,共同完成学习任务。能在学习中互相帮助,克服困难。能合理计划和安排学习任务,积极探索适合自己的学习方法。在学习和日常交际中能注意到的差异。教学重点难点重点:掌 握 句 型 重 点 词 汇 会 运 用 why提问原因,用 because表达理由;谈论自己及他人的职业;动词的现在分词的变化规则,进行时的基本句式;表达对不同天气的不同态度及原因;描写人物的外貌的词汇和句型;学会订餐、叫外买;掌握一般过去时的基本用法,能用一般过去时谈论过去的事情;表达看法、喜好;制定家规、校规、班规等。难点:询问语言及

4、爱好;会阅读招聘启事,写招聘广告;就身边所发生的事做现场报道;会描述人们在不同天气里所做的各种活动;为自己及他人塑造新的形象;写食品宣传广告;准确运用过去时谈论已发生的事;正确评价各种电视节目;说明已制定的规则的合理性和实用性。教1、要面向全体学生,关注每个学生的情感,激发他们学习英语的兴趣,帮助他们建立学习的成就感和自信心,培养创新精神;2、整体设计目标,体现灵活开放,目标设计以学生技能,语言知识,情感态学采取的措施度,学习策略和文化意识的发展为基础;3、突出学生主体,尊重个体差异;4、采用优质高效课堂,让学生在老师的指导下通过感知、体验、实践、小组合作等参与和方式,实现目标,感受成功;5、

5、注重过程评价,促进学生发展,建立能激励学生学习兴趣和自主学习能力发展的评价体系。6.精心备课,努力提高课堂效率,抓好学生管理。7.注意因材施教,采用分层分类教育,帮助不同层次的学生获得不同的提高和收获。因我校学生两极分化现象极为严重,因此在复习过程中我将对不同层次的学生提不同的要求。对基础较差的同学重点放在基础知识的复习上,对于一部分尖子生重点放在能力的培养和知识的综合运用上。8.注意做好学生的心理调试工作,对于自感压力太大的同学要耐心地疏导,从思想上为他“减负”,使其能在平静宽松的氛围中进行有序的复习,较好地完成学习任务;对于没有任何心理压力,还没进入复习状态的同学要给予一定的压力,使其在压

6、力之下也能较好地投入到紧张的复习中来;而对于学习困难且心理焦虑烦躁的同学更要给予特别的关爱,一方面要想方设法抽时间为其开小灶,一方面还要不断地鼓励赏识他们,同时要给他们适当地减压,使他们也能保持较好的情绪投入到紧张的复习中,并能尽最大努力取得最好效果。程源发用课资开利1.利用好教材和手中的配套练习册等资料2.教师精心设计教学设计,激发学生学习兴趣3.利用好学校的多媒体技术,增加课堂容量让学生边学边练课堂改革设想开展课外兴趣小组活动每天40分钟,老师对兴趣小组的学生要进行系统训练,并持之以恒地坚持做好,在保证大多数学生有兴趣学习的前提下,更要格外关注尖子生的培养,好让这部分学生早日脱颖而出,成为
