1、unit5 First Aid 教学设计【主题语境】人与自我一一健康,爱护生命【主题】了解简单急救常识【子主题】烫伤急救知识【语篇类型】介绍性文章(应用文体)【授课时长】一课时(40分钟)【文本分析】本节课是人教版必修五第五单元的第二课时,文章以“急救”为中心话题,贴近 日常生活,旨在通过阅读教学,使学生了解相关的急救知识,并能用所学的有关急救 的知识,根据不同情况提出急救措施。文章首先介绍了皮肤对人体的重要性,然后介绍 了烧伤、烫伤的各种起因,三种不同的烧伤程度以及他们的症状和应该采取的急救措施。 文章用了小标题,使文章脉络明晰。通过阅读本文,对如何处理烧伤、烫伤的知识就一 目了然,并会在遇
2、到紧急情况时镇定自若地进行急救。结合本文的文体特点,适合设计 略读和精读的阅读训练,增加小组活动,以读促说,培养学生的语言综合运用能力。【学情分析】经过高一英语课程的学习,高二的学生具备了一定的英语语言基础,但是英语口 语表达弱,词汇量缺乏。本节课的话题贴近生活,实用性强,对这一话题充满了浓厚 的兴趣,因此在课前预习部分讲解了皮肤的构造,引起烫伤的原因和三种程度的烫伤, 引导他们预习课文主要内容。学生有丰富的想象力和活跃的思维,可通过参与急救处 理方法的课堂活动,培养学生寻找信息和解决问题的能力,在轻松的课堂氛围中掌握 简单的急救知识。【学习目标】 在结束本课学习后1 .学生能够迅速找出阅读文
3、本中烧伤、烫伤急救措施中的关键信息,解决阅读中的细 节题。2 .学生能够在日常生活中遇到烧伤、烫伤时做出正确的急救措施。3 .学生能够对学以致用,以便尽绵薄之力正确帮助周围需要急救的人,热爱生命,珍 惜生命。【学习重难点】重占,学生通过烧伤、烫伤文本的阅读找到各种详细信息(解决阅读中的细节理解题)并判断在烧伤急救时哪些能做,哪些不能做。熟悉烧、伤烫伤疗法的几个步骤。常见烫伤、烧伤急救词汇和短语的学习。难点学生能够把烫伤应急处理步骤用于现实生活,做一个有责任心,乐于助人的人。认识生命的可贵,珍爱生命,从而树立正确的价值观、人生观。【教学方法】Cooperative learning, Compe

Lead in (2minutes)Watch a video from my class ,and let the students answer the questions:1 .What? s wrong with the boy?He was burned by hot water.2 .What did the girl do?She gave the boy first aid .设计思路:通过本班同学的视频比较接地气地导入本节课的急救话题。让同学们 感觉话题的实用性。Step 2. Causes of
