Today we are going to learn different manners, are you interested in foreign manners?

First, does anybody know some differences?S: (stand up)They are not asking private things, while it is different in China.T: Oh, that is very good.Thank you.T: Anything else?S: (stand up)They are not loud in public.Chinese is aloud sometimes.T: All right.Very good.Lets begin with the

4、text.设计意图:以老师和学生聊天的方式,从学生的生活常识入手,增加文章的吸 引力,渲染课堂气氛,激发学生的学习兴趣。最主要的目的是引入本单元的话 题manners,为接下来的学习做准备。Step 2: prehensive whole text.Teacher explain the text sentence by sentence, help the students to understand the text better and give them a full understanding of the main sentences and phrases.1 .Let the

5、students read the text aloud.Give them 5 minutes to remember the sayings and the main phrases.2 .Making sentences with the important phrase.For example:be polite toWe should be polite to the elder ship.3 .Do Exercise 3 on Page 119.设计意图:锻炼学生的思考能力,同时培养学生的语感。让学生能抓住文中重 点词汇和句型,善于归纳。Step 3: Group workTeac

6、her divided the students into two groups,5 minutes later, each group send one to the platform.They will have a match that tell the different manners of China and Canada.The group which tells more will be the winner.Group oneGroup two设计意图:此环节通过小组合作形式,操练、运用本节课的句型be doing something,自编小短文。为学生创立了成果展示的平台,

8、d intonation, try your best to imitate it, clear?设计意图:通过学生观看生动活泼的对话视频并跟读,模仿,能提高学生的语 感,提高对英语语音、语调的感悟力和用正确语音语调进行口语输出的能力。1 . Work in group of four to deal with the key words and phrases.教师把学生分为四人一组,学生通过合作探究找出,画出大屏幕上出现的短语 和句子。T: This time, its your own reading time, please read and find the phrases ands

9、entences on the screen in group of four, and after that we will e to the QuestionTime”.设计意图:学生应是学习的主体,教师要努力调动学生学习的积极性和主动 性,通过组内合作讨论,探究,找出对话中的关键单词和短语,把所学的知识 转化为学习能力。2 .Choose an excellent student to be a teacher to teach and control the QuestionTime”.教师以自身有点累为理由,指派一位优秀生来到讲台前代替自己充当教师的角 色,领读,提问屏幕上的知识点。
