1、关于颁布保健食品(食品)经营质量管理制度和各级质量责任制度的通知根据中华人民共和国食品卫生法、保健食品管理办法以及食品相关流通法律、行政规章规定,结合本企业保健食品(食品)产品零售实际情况,公司质量部制定了保健食品(食品)经营质量管理制度和各级质量责任制度,经企业法人审核、批准,现予颁布实施。特此通知20XX年 6 月 1 日主题词:质量工作颁布保健食品(食品)质量管理制度通知xx 有限公司 20XX年 6 月 1 日印(共印 5 份)保健食品(食品)购进管理制度1、目的:规范保健食品(食品)产品购进管理,保障产品安全。2、制定制度依据:中华人民共和国食品卫生法、保健食品管理办法以及食品相关流
2、通法律、行政规章。3、适用范围:保健食品(食品)产品购进质量管理和控制。4、内容:4.1、根据“按需购进,择优选购”的原则,依据市场动态、客户需求反馈的信息编制购货计划,报企业负责人批准后执行。要建立供销平衡,保证供应,避免脱销或品种重复积压以致过期失效造成损失。4.2、严格执行企业制定的保健食品(食品)购进程序,确保从合法的企业购进合法和质量可靠的保健食品。4.3、要认真审查供货单位的法定资格、经营范围和质量信誉,考察其履行合同的能力,必要时应对其进行现场考察,签订质量保证协议书,协议书应注明购销双方的质量责任,并明确有效期。4.4、加强合同管理,建立合同档案。签订的购货合同必须注明相应的质

17、7J3D3D6R6 HK7X4B7R10L2 ZI7V9E4P4Z3保健食品(食品)陈列、储存管理制度1、目的:规范保健食品(食品)产品陈列、储存管理,保障产品安全。2、制定制度依据:中华人民共和国食品卫生法、保健食品管理办法以及食品相关流通法律、行政规章。3、适用范围:保健食品(食品)产品陈列、储存质量管理和控制。4、内容:4.1、所有购进的保健食品(食品)都必须进行验收,核实产品的包装、标签和说明书与批准的内容相符后,方准进入专柜销售。4.2、销售专柜的责任人应根据保健食品(食品)的储存要求,正确陈列、储存保健食品(食品)。4.3、保健食品(食品)应离地、隔墙放置,摆放应留有一定的距离。搬

32、4Z3保健食品(食品)销售管理制度1、目的:规范保健食品(食品)产品的销售管理,保障公众利益。2、制定制度依据:中华人民共和国食品卫生法、保健食品管理办法以及食品相关流通法律、行政规章。3、适用范围:保健食品(食品)产品的销售质量管理和控制。4、内容:4.1、所有销售人员必须经卫生知识和产品知识培训后方能上岗。4.2、应严格按照中华人民共和国食品卫生法、保健食品管理办法的要求正确介绍保健食品的保健作用、适宜人群、使用方法、食用量、储存方法和注意事项等内容,不得夸大宣传保健作用,严禁宣传疗效或利用封建迷信进行保健食品的宣传。4.3、严禁以任何形式销售假劣保健食品(食品)。凡质量不合格,过期失效、
