1、保健食品购进管理制度1、目的:建立进货质量管理制度,以保证进货环节的药品质量。2、范围:适用于本店经营保健食品的进货工作管理。3、责任:采购员、质量管理员、主管负责人。4、内容:41 保健食品采购员购进的保健食品应为合法企业所经营的合法保健食品。42 保健食品采购员应坚持“按需进货,择优购进”的原则,分析市场动态、结合经营现状及时组织货源,保证满足市场需求,保持合理的库存结构。43 进货按以下程序进行:431 确定供货单位和需采购的保健食品品种。432 确认供货单位的法定资质及质量信誉,供货单位必须是经过审核合格的供货单位。433 对于保健食品首营企业和保健食品首营品种应填写“保健食品首营企业
2、审批表”、“保健食品首营品种审批表”,经企业质量负责人和企业负责人审核合格后,方可进行采购。434 对与本企业进行业务联系的供货单位销售人员应进行合法资格的验证,并留存有关复印件存档。435 与供货单位签订质量保证协议书。436 所购进的进口保健食品应有符合规定的、加盖了供货单位质量检验机构原印章的进口保健食品注册证和进口保健食品检验报告书复印件。44.购进保健食品必须有合法票据,并按规定建立购进记录(与实际一致),作到票、帐、货相符。45 保健食品购进后应及时、如实填写保健食品购进记录。购进记录应注明保健食品的品名、剂型、规格、有效期、生产厂商、供货单位、购进数量、购货日期等项内容。46 保

10、收员应根据原始票据对购进药品按照规定逐批验收。验收要及时进行,保证 12 小时内无保健食品积压,尽量做到当日保健食品当日验收。42 验收保健食品内容包括:保健食品外观质量、包装及规定的包装标识、注册商标、批准文号、生产批号、产品合格证及供货单位等。有完善、规范的验收记录,认真填写,并有明确的验收结论。43 验收进口保健食品,必须审核其进口保健食品注册证、进口保健食品检验报告书复印件。上述复印件应加盖供货单位质量检验机构的原印章。进口保健食品包装、说明书要有中文标识并符合有关要求。44 保健食品验收必须有验收记录。验收记录必须保存至超过保健食品有效期 1 年,但不得少于3 年。45 验收人员对购

26、、内容:41 不合格保健食品是指国家禁止使用或明令淘汰的保健食品与假劣保健食品,包括破碎、污染、霉烂变质、残损不能使用的保健食品,过期失效的保健食品,药品监督部门通知停止销售的保健食品以及其他外观和内在质量不合格的保健食品。42 建立不合格保健食品区,并有明显标志红色。43 对于验收过程中发现的不符合要求的保健食品,验收员填写保健食品拒收报告单,当场拒收。44 对于保健食品储存与养护过程中发现在不合格保健食品,由保管员根据保健食品质量复验结果及处理意见通知单,进行相应处理并填写不合格保健食品登记表。对于退货保健食品应填写购进退回保健食品记录。45 对于陈列保健食品检查过程中,发现保健食品质量异

49、.1.1 人员健康标准:在保健食品质量管理、验收、养护、保管等直接接触保健食品的岗位工作的人员,不得患有传染病、隐性传染病及精神病。4.1.2 体检管理:4.1.2(1)体检范围:粪便检查、胸部透视检查、皮肤病方面检查、视力及肝功能检查等。4.1.2(2)体检次数及工作程序:1、新职工上岗前必须进行全面的身体检查,只有身体检查全部合格的职工方可考虑录用,否则不允许录用。2、职工上岗以后,每年必须按体检范围项下要求进行一次体检,体检不合格的职工调离本岗位。3、有关的管理人员必须把人员健康作为监控的一项重要内容,随时关注每位职工的身体状况及精神状态,如有疑问有权要求职工立即到医院进行体检,以确保每
