32、两种振动都很低,所以噪声也低。尤其在井下或煤仓这种封闭的场所,噪音无法扩散,而电动给料机就没法达到这一要求。4 安装方便、空间少 往复式给煤机不需要另外配仓口闸门导料槽及电动机支座,方便安装,容易调整,而电动的给煤机不耐磨不能承受压力,需要另外设置导料槽仓口,相比之下,往复式给煤机占的空间较小,节省了摆放空间和资金成本。二、研制大型往复式给煤机的必要性根据以上的特点,我们综合考虑到在煤矿井下这一恶劣条件下,以及在要求控制噪声的条件下,我们应首先选择往复式给煤机。大型的往复式给煤机这一系列的给煤机应满足下列要求。1 满足大型矿井生产能力的要求 我国的矿井在不断的扩大中,所以对生产能力的要求也在增
33、加,例如:在400万t/a的矿井中,每小时生产能力分别为了42t/h,928t/h,1238t/h。要增加矿井每小时生产能力,必须首先提高往复式给煤机的生产能力。目前,现在最常用的是甲带式给料机,这表明,井下使用的给煤机的种类增加了。虽然可以采用许多小的给煤机一起使用来完成大的工作能力的要求,但 多台给料机放在一起需要扩大空间,同时也增加工程投资的成本,最主要的是这样的布置,会导致系统的可靠性降低,噪声也随之增大,机器也很容易出问题,且维修也比较麻烦。在地面上的生产系统,通常使用给煤机最多的是胶带式给煤机,它的给煤量比较大。但如果采用电振给料机,空间高度会有所增加而且噪声也会变大。采用大型往复

35、。大型往复式给煤机有一下几个特点。1采用框架可卸式给煤机 因为井下运输不方便和工矿也有所限制,所以整机采用分体式,而且因为井下的焊接不方便,所以给煤机的连接方式要尽量采用螺栓来连接,同时侧板与物料会发生摩擦,所以我们在侧挡板的外面加一些加强筋来加强应力,同时也加强了机器整体的强度和刚度。2 增强导向能力与支撑装置在运输的导板下增加一些托辊组,有两个好处:一方面使滑动摩擦变成了滚动摩擦,摩擦变小,导致磨损也变小了,另一方面导板的刚度也有所提高。同时,在导板的两侧安装导向轮使运动过程中导板不易跑偏。3 使用双曲型槽驱动型 炉排传动采用硬齿面减速器或者普通塞轴耦合而不是液力耦合器的双输出轴的形式,这
36、样不仅降低了成本,而且使单轴的径向负荷仅为底面推力一半的背景下进行大的改善,而且进一步增加稳定性。4 对导板进行优化 平板闸门的K系列给煤机在运输物料的时候出现了很多问题,所以给料量也一直不能有所增加。所以,我们应该想办法改善导板结构,可以将其设计为阶梯型,不但能增加给料量,而且也使导板的强度和刚度增加了。5 闸门的改善 闸门对给料量的大小有这决定性的作用,以往的给煤机一直采用扇形结构,但以实用的实际状况来看,扇形闸门很容易与仓口内壁发生摩擦,为了避免这个现象,往往在安装扇形闸门时都将仓口敲掉一部分,但这样也降低了仓壁的强度,综上所述,我们应该改用手动平板闸门,在闸板下安装导向轮,同时在轴上安
37、装定位装置。四、经济效益分析要运输2000t/h的给料量,应该布置两台大型给煤机,并且布置四台K4给煤机或者布置四台电振给煤机。这几种配置方法其经济效益比较如下。1开采量的增大 大硐室虽然使开采量增大了,但它也同时带来了许多副作用,四台往复式给煤机联合布置,设备之间的检修空间和操作空间成为了问题,比较可知,其硐室工程量大于两台大型往复式给煤机;而若采用四台振动绐料机,需要高度差大,噪声也随之增大,但小的空间又不能满足要求。这样比较可得出,布置两台大型给煤机的方案是最经济的。2 耗电量的多少 大型往复式给煤机的功率较小,两台大型给煤机的耗电量与四台K4给煤机或电振给煤机几乎一样。3 设备成本 大型给煤机的部件不易损坏,而且因为采用标准硬齿面减速器,所有要维修的工程也较小,而四台给煤机的维修费是大型给煤机的两倍,电振给煤机的维修费更加大。 研制大型往复式给煤机,适应了我国煤炭发展的需要,扩大了给煤机部件的选型范围。更因为大型给煤机在济宁二号矿井的成功使用,为我国提供了新的大型给煤设备,所有我们要广泛使用。7
