1、M8 Time offUnit 2 We thought somebody was moving about一、教学目标:1 .能理解阅读材料的特殊信息。2 .能明白事情发展的先后顺序。3 .能写一个小短文,使用that。二、学情分析:对于八年级的学生来说,部分学生已经有了一定的英语学习基础,掌握了一点 英,美国家日常生活中的不同传统特点,但总体上来说,还比较少.本单元以电子邮 件的形式与学生的生活紧密相连,也是他们很感兴趣的话题,基于现实生活,引导 学生在课堂上发挥丰富的想象力,把课堂模拟成生活,置身于英语学习中,提高语 言交际能力.词汇量和信息量可能会偏大,加之学生英语成绩的分化比较严重,

2、所 以要求学生能课前认真做好预习,培养自学能力;教师在预设的任务中,注意引导 学生在交际中动态生成,学生有话可说,乐于合作分享.这样就有利于他们更好的 运用课本知识,达到提高综合运用语言能力的目的。将在今后的教学中注意控制 自己的情绪,关心学生,尤其差生,同他们交朋友歧视他们,不动辄呵斥他们, 鼓励他们的学习自信心和学习热情。让他们在自信中学习,在快乐步。 三、重点难点:1 .宾语从句的初步认识。2,掌握一些重要词组、句型。四、教学过程4.1教学目标1 .核心内容:Key vocabulary: square, kilometers, shape, human, wake, somebody,

3、 path, pull Key structures: We thought somebody was moving about.Linglings uncle said it was an animal.,and found it was just a hungry monkey looking for food.2 .能力目标:能运用语言和语法知识进行阅读并理解文章意思。3 .情感目标:理解更多他人的个人意见。激发学生对大自然的热爱。同时唤起学生的环境保护意识,使我们的世界更美丽。4 .2教学重点1 .学习文章中的宾语从句的一些表达方法。2 .了解英文电子邮件的写作方式。3 .3学识难点1

4、 .掌握重点词组、句型。2 .理解that宾语从句的使用方法。3 .4教学活动Step 1 lead in1 .Lefs watch a viedo about zhangjiajie.2 .Have you ever been to Wulingyuan Scenic and Historic Interest Area (武陵源风景 区)? Would you like to say something about it?3 .Look at the photo and describe it.设计意图:用一段张家界风景区的视频带学生们身临其境感受大自然的魅力,并 用自己已有的知识储备描述

5、观赏感受,哪怕只是一个形容词也要给予充分鼓励。 这样很自然的让学生了解到今天新授课的内容。Step 2 Consolidate new words1 .Look and say.
