1、Module 4Unit 1 Do you want some rice?一、教学目标.知识目标:学会本课新句型“Do you want some rice ?”关于询问对方的意愿及其回答 “Yes, please. ” “No, thank you”。复习旧句型 “Have you got . ?” 及其回答 “Yes, I have” “No, I havent;复习 “What are they doing ?” 及其回答 “They are doing sth. ”(3)掌握单词及词组:Chinese fast food, want, some, make, nice, chopsti
2、cks, difficult, Chinese fast food, make noodles.能力目标:(1)使学生能运用句型“Do you want some rice ?”并且在日常口语交际的活动中 懂得运用,并懂得回答自己的意愿。(2)掌握本课的新单词,使学生能够懂得听,懂得说,并且懂得用。(3)小组合作,完成一个调查报告。1 .情感目标:(1)提高学生学习英语的兴趣,激发学生学习的热情。(2)使学生认识到中西方文化的差距。(3)培养学生的合作竞争意识和良好的竞争感。二、教学重点学习句型Do you want?Yes, please. /No, thank you. Have you
3、got ?Yes, we have. /No, we haven, t.1 .掌握单词及词组:Chinese fast food, want, some, make, nice, chopsticks, difficult, Chinese fast food, make noodles三、教学难点单词“difficult” “chopsticks”;培养学生学习英语的热情,学生能在学完本课后,能把 所学的知识运用到日常生活中,并能初步的认识到中西方文化的差异性。四、辅助资源水果、食物、筷子、课件、单词卡片 五、教学过程:I.Warming up:1 .演唱 歌曲:Row you boat 2
4、. Chant : Noodles and rice II. Revision: 1 Guess:T: Today I bring some Chinese food for you.(出示Chinese,教学单词)Guess: What do I take?(出示食物:noodles, rice, cake, sweets, peanuts, meat, milk, fish, apple, banana, orange, pear)然后用课件展示食物列表复习。2 .复习 “Have you got?” 句型。T: F ve got lots of food. Have you got an
5、 apple?(拿食物提问学生)III. New sentences and words.1. T :(师手持食物,提问学生)Do you want some apples?(教学 want / some) SI: Yes.T: Yes, please.(师引导学生完整回答,并操练)(师生相互击掌,表示赞同)T: Do you want some noodles?(师配合手势和表情,表示遗憾)S2: No .T: No, thank you.(同样引导学生完整回答,并操练)板书:A: Do you want some rice?B:Yes, please. / No, thank you.2.
6、 引导全班学生齐读问句和答句。3. Practice: Ask and answer:4. T:Ok, you are great. (T 做动作)Look, what am I doing?Ss:吃面条T:Yes, I am eating noodles.T:Noodles are very nice. It s nice.Practise:请几个学生上台来表演,eat noodles and say its very nice”T:(呈现实物 “chopsticks)How to say this in Chinese?Ss:筷子T: Yes, but we can say “chopst
7、icks“ in English.T讲解:CHOP是砍或劈的意思,而STICK是木棍,我们中国以前的筷子都是木制的,所以呢 就是把木棍劈成两根,就成了我们所谓的筷子了,而且因为是两根,所以呢要在单词后加上 S,就成了 chopsticks To Chop chop chopsticks (学生可以边打节奏边说)T:我们每天吃饭都要用“chopsticks”,所以说“Its easy for Chinese”,但对 于外国人来说,他们每次进餐,都是用刀子和叉子,所以说 “Its difficult for foreigners n出示单词卡片,教学diff icult。对外国人来说, Chops

T: make noodles is difficult or is easy?板书:make noodle (齐读,个别读)Ss: Its difficult.6. fast foodA game: What s missing?学生跟读单词,老师随手拿下一张单词卡,请学生抢答,What s missing?(小组比赛)Chant: Do you want some rice?Yes, please, its nice.Do you want some noodles?No, thank you. it,s difficul
9、t.IV.呈现课文。1、在上一课的故事中,Darning和Amy在公园里逛了半天,感到有点饿了,所以 They are eating Chinese fast food出示课件,提出问题:1. Does Amy want some rice?2. Does Amy want some noodles?3. HasAmygotchopsticksinEngland?4. HasAmygotfast foodinEngland?2、回答教师的问题,并跟录音磁带朗读课文。3、Chinese fast food和English fast food 的区别,待会全班进行交流。汉堡和 薯条是 Englis
10、h fast food 的代表,“noodle and rice” 是 Chinese fast food 的 代表。4、学生分角色朗读课文。IV. Practice:1、T: Now work in groups.现在小组内每人轮流当服务员,询问客人想要什么食物。 最后选出最好的服务员。2、Let me do an example.(师做示范)3、T: OK, best waiters stand up, please.Listen carefully, if you think he or she is good.You can give them a happy face.看看谁得到的

How many happy faces have you got?( 生 回 答)T: Wow, wonderful.我聘请你了!2 .设置情景:今晚在老师家有一个party,老师会请一些同学去帮忙当服务员,服务员必 须懂得问客人需要什么,现在我们就来选几个同学上来当服务生,其他同学当客人,但服务 生问你需要什么的时候,你们必须懂得回答.(服务生手拿笔和本子)服务生可以走下去问客 人,是否需要食物或饮料。3 .活动3。V .总结T:今天我们学习了怎样用Do you want some?询问对方需要的食物。You are very good. Now,let s say a chant.Do you want some rice?No, thank you. No, thank you. Do you wantsome noodles? Yes, please. Yes, please.VI . Homework用“Do you want some ?询问家人想吃什么,然后自己试着准备。
