3、health is poor, you will not be able to do what you want to do. so i would like to say dont hurt yourself trying to make money. instead take care of your body and be happy with what you do have. health is more important. which is more important, health or wealth? it is a hot topic among people. i ca

4、n hardly answer this question. i didnt realize that health is more imporant until i saw a businessmans real life. a successful businessman, one of my fathers friends, devoted himseff to his business. he works from morning to night every day. there is no weekends in his mind. he often says, "i m

5、ust earn much money so that i can get what i want. "lately, he is ill. though he has a lot of money, he can do nothing but lie in the hospitals bed. so i think health is more important than wealth 关于健康生活的英文演讲稿2 The definition of “Healthy Life Style” include a positive living attitude towards li

6、fe, eating a balanced diet, exercises regularly, which is three to five times a week with at least thirty to forty-five minutes per session. 11、e strong-bodied. i always take an active part in physical exercise and enjoy good health. i seldom get sick but feel vigorous even if i work a whole day dong. i shall keep up doing physical exercise so as to live longer and do more for the country. a healthy body is the prerequisite for a healthy mi

The study found that for every additional hour of exercise (like jogging or swimming) that a black woman gets, she can gain 11 hours of lifespan. 3. Laugh More As pa

21、rt of an ongoing study on genes and aging, researchers found this year that certain personality traits seem to be associated with a longer life, including the propensity to laugh - a lot! 4. Look At The Bright Side In the same study on aging, optimism was also linked to living longer. The 243 subjec

22、ts over the age of 95 "were outgoing, optimistic and easygoing. They considered laughter an important part of life and had a large social network. They expressed emotions openly rather than bottling them up," study researcher Dr. Nir Barzilai, M.D., director of Einstein's Institute for

23、 Aging Research, said in a statement. 5. Supplements Can Help Adults in their 60s and 70s were 9 percent less likely to die over a three-year period when they took vitamin D supplements with calcium, compared to the elderly who went without either supplement. A number of other foods and nutrients ha

24、ve also been linked to a longer lifespan, including omega-3s and certain antioxidants. 6. We Know What To Do - But We Rarely Do It All The most important behaviors for a long and healthy life aren't secrets - they're things like not smoking, exercising, maintaining a healthy weight and keepi

25、ng blood pressure and cholesterol levels in check. In fact, you may even be tired of hearing about them. But just a little more than 1 percent of American adults actually abide by these guidelines, according to a 2022 study. People who do meet all the criteria?
