1、Starter Unit 3 What color is it?教学设计(la-2e)一、教学目标。1. 语言知识目标:1)能掌握以下词汇:字母 Ss Zz, color, red, white, black, blue, green, yellow, purple, brown2)能掌握以下句型: 一 Whats this? Its V. 一 Whats that? Its Z. 一 What color is it? 一 Its red.3)使学生能运用所学知识熟练描述物体的颜色,同时进一步学习分辨物体的用 语,并加以运用。4)能掌握字母SsZz的字母顺序,读音及书写。2. 情感态度价值观

2、目标:用各种可以调动学生积极性的活动来提高学生的活跃性,激发他们参与讨论 的热情。让学生们能发表个人观点,努力解决问题;能学会与他人合作与交流; 能运用多种手段为英语学习服务。同时可以对学生进行美育教育,从小培养他们 对美的正确认识。二、教学重难点。1. 教学重点:1)使学生能运用所学知识熟练描述物体的颜色,同时进一步学习分辨物体 的用语,并加以运用。2)学习掌握字母SsZz的字母顺序,读音及书写。2. 教学难点:学习掌握字母SsZz的字母顺序,读音及书写。三、教学过程。I , Warming-up and revisionGreet the Ss. Check the homework.1.

3、 Review the letters Aa Rr. Let some Ss recite the letters. Then let some Ss come to the Bb and write them on the Bb.(注意和同学们一起纠正个别同学不正确的笔 顺。)(Put some real objects on the teachers desk. e.g. orange, ruler, pen, key, jacket, cup)Ask Ss to answer the questions:T: Whats this in English?Ss: Its an orange

4、.(Put some pictures a little far away. e.g. map, quilt.)T: Whats this in English?Ss: Its a map.II. Sing a song(Play the recording for the Ss.)Let Ss listen to the ABC song and try to sing along with the recording.III. Presentation(教师向学生们出示自己做的各种颜色的字母卡片教学字母Ss-Zzo )T: Whats this? (Point to the letter

5、Ss”)Ss: Its S.T: Read Ss after me.Ss: “Ss”.(The same with Tt, Uu, Vv, Ww, Xx, Yy, Zz)Let Ss read all the letters aloud, and try to remember them.1. (教学字母Ss-Zz后,教师再利用不同颜色的字母(Ss-Zz)卡片问学生)T: What color is it? (Point to the red card.)Ss: (Help Ss to answer) It*s red.T: Whafs this?Ss: Its ”Ss”.T: What co

6、lor is it?Ss: Its red.(The same with ”Tt, Uu, Vv, Ww, Xx, Yy, Zzn)Let Ss look at the picture in la. Read the colors on the left then read the letters. Write the letter for each color.Ss write the letter next to the colors. Then let some Ss read their letters to check the answers.IV. ListeningTell Ss

7、 to look at the picture in la. Some students are talking about the colors and letters.1. OK. Now lets listen to the recording first. Then repeat after the recording.(教师播放录音三次,第一次学生们仅听,第二次和第三次学生们跟读。注意 可运用暂停键来让学生们有足够的时间读完。)Ss listen and repeat after the recording.V Pair work(让学生们看la图画中的人物的对话,告诉学生图画中男孩

8、与女孩就不同颜 色的字母进行问答对话。同学们应注意应用正确运用this和thato )T: You are the boy, your partner is the girl and practice the conversations in pairs.(Ss practice the conversations in pairs.)T: Exchange the roles. And practice the conversations again.(Ss exchange the roles and practice the conversations again.)运用刚学的句型,对图

9、画中不同颜色的字母进行问答。SI: Whafs this?S2: Its U.SI: What color is it?S2: Its white.S3: Whafs that?S4: It*s T.S3: What color is it?S4: Its black.VI. ListeningLet Ss recite Aa Rr twice.1. (告诉学生们下面接着学习字母SsZz。其中S、T、U、V、W、X、Y、Z是 大写字母;s、t、u v、w、x、y、z是小写字母。)T: First, lets listen to the letters.(教师播放录音三次,第一次学生们仅听,第二

10、次和第三次学生们跟读。注意可运用暂停键来让学生们有足够的时间读完。)2. Let some Ss read out the letters SsZz.(注意纠正学生们不准确的读音)Let Ss try to remember the letters Ss Zz.3. Now lets work on 2b. Listen and number the letters you hear 1-8.(教师播放录音三次,第一次学生们仅听,第二次听录音填编号、第三次听录音 校对答案。)Writing1. T: Now lets learn how to write these letters. Firs

11、t look at the picture carefully in2c. Then tell us how to write these English letters.2. Ss read and find out the writing rules of the letters Ss Zz.si:大字字母都是占上两格。S2:字母s、t、u、v、w、x、z占中间的一格。S3:字母y占下两格。3. Ss try to copy the letters by themselves. T goes around the classroom to give any help.4. Let some

12、 Ss come to the Bb, and write down the letters on the Bb. Check with the whole class.Vm. PracticeTell Ss to look at the picture in 2d. First, read the letters aloud. Then let some Ss read the letters to the class aloud.2. Let Ss try to write down the missing letters. Check the answers with your part
