And students can take part in some easy English activities such as talk about their favorite TV shows ,ex press their inner opinions about different TV shows and weekend plans. Students have already lear
3、ned about several different TV shows like soap operas,game shows,and how to express their preferences by using target languages- love,liket donl like canl stand or donl mind in the first period, but in the second period students need to have further study to talk about preferences and make plans by
4、expressing the reasons that they like or dislike the TV shows.TV showsAnalysis of Students :In Grade Eight, after a long period of the formal English learning, students are looking forward to expressing things around them in English, and also they are expected to learn more vocabulary to express the
5、ir ideas. Whats more , they have a strong ability of making weekend plans. So as an English teacher, we should provide more chances for students to practice English in real life and teach them some useful studying methods to help them to be successful language learners.LearningobjectivesBy the end o

21、计一直围绕谈论TV show这根主线展开,不同的人对不同的 电视节目有各自不同的观点,并说出了不同的原因。学生通过听前、听中的 目标语言输入活动,积累了一定量的相关语言信息,在听后pair work活动有 巩固练习,不仅学习语言知识,而且激发他们的思维。然后通过role play , group work和discussion活动,继续学习目标语言知识,拓展思维,交流观 点,在真实的语言环境中学习和使用语言。通过对听力活动和2d对话文本的 深入解读和任务重新设计,学生对活动任务一目了然,而且各个环节的活动 一直围绕在谈论电视节目这根主线。不足的是上课设备没有调试好,由于时间紧张,学生展示的机会较少。
