1、AGREEMENT PROCEDURES: 1. Seller issues draft contract and Seller & Buyer sign contract which shall then become a legal & binding document after it has been signed and stamped by both parties. 卖方发出合同草案;卖方与买方签字并加盖双方公司章后,本合同成为具法律约束力的文件。2. Buyer issues irrevocable, non-transferable Bank Guarantee (BG) t
2、o the Sellers bank.买家发出不可撤销，不可转让的银行保函（BG）给卖方的银行。3. Seller pays for the shipment charges and local customs duties involved in the arrangement and shipment of the cargo to destination port.賣方支付出货地的關稅及運送到目的地港口的貨物船运費。4. The Seller appointed shipping firm arranges cargo shipment within 30 days after Buye
3、r issuance of the payment instrument. The shipment is allowed to partially ship. 卖方收到买方支付工具之日起30日内,安排货物装运。允许部分运送货物。The shipment of first trial order of 500MT will be done within 10 calendar days after receiving BG from buyer. This shipment is not allowed to partially ship.卖方收到买方首批试单500吨保函后，将在10个日历日内
4、完成装运,。这批货物是不允许部分运送的。5. The Sellers representative shall travel and attend final inspection at Buyers unloading port. 买方卸货港的最终检验时,卖方的代表应前往并出席。6. Buyer appointed International Surveyor Company CIQ should re-inspect the cargo at the Destination Port.买方应在目的港委任国际测量公司、中国出入境检验检疫局重新检查货物。7. Payment for the g
5、oods will be effected by Swift transfer (TT) within ten (10) banking days after the vessel arrives at destination port ( inspection report of CIQ will be completed within the same period).船只在到达目的地港口（出入境检验检疫局的检验报告将在同一期间内完成）在十（10）银行工作日内,将以（TT）支付货款。8.
