4、f feeling “fit as a fiddle.Yoga is becoming a more and more popular activity in the world today and there are many different styles of yoga being taught and practiced.Although all of the styles are based on the same physical postures, each has a particular emphasis.Here is a quick guide to the most

5、popular types of yoga.NO.1 Hatha Yoga,哈他瑜伽, it is an ancient classical language of India, “ha means “sun and “tha means “moon.This type of yoga is gentle and relatively slow paced.It focuses on poses and controlled breathing, emphasizing concentration, endurance and elasticity.It is the most popular
