1、英语新闻特稿与专栏写作课程教学大纲Feature and Column Writing （in English）课程名称：英语新闻特稿与专栏写作课程编号：623023171课程类型：专业必修课学时学分：34学时2学分考核类别：考试、实践适用对象：本科四年级适用专业：新闻学（融媒体国际新闻）一、课程教学目标 Learning Objectives本课程旨在培养适应国际传播新形势的复合型记者人才（尤其旨 在提高新闻特稿及专栏撰写能力）。在英语环境下，本课程将对学生 进行理论指导（包括新闻理念及写作技能培养）以及相关知识储备（文 化旅游、生活方式等）。通过此课程的学习，学生可以系统地掌握撰 写特稿及
2、专栏的原则及技能，以及如何为不同形式的视频撰写解说词O 同时新闻系学生们也会具备从事文化旅游、生活方式等报道的基本素 养，从而更好地促进文化交流及相互理解。This course aims to help students to write high quality, engaging content of specialised topics for various formats of media such as newspaper/magazine columns or streaming service （incl. vlogs） in digital channels. By stu
3、dying a series of outstanding news/infotainment outputs, this course will offer students essential skills on how to develop their feature stories or write scripts for video clips in first person as well as in third person in the English-speaking world. Students are also encouraged to transfer relate
4、d skills to promote mutual understandings and bridge the gaps through intra-cultural communications.二、先修课程 Pre-course knowledge英语新闻采访与报道、中西新闻比较等四、课程教学方法（或手段）Teaching Methods本课程主要以教师讲授为主，同时积极开展课堂讨论，加强与学 生课堂互动。教师充分利用多功能教学设备，通过电子讲稿（PPT）、 新闻片段等多媒体形式，全方位加强学生对相关专业知识的理解。另 外还有实践项目（个人英语评述撰写及团队新闻视频制作），帮助学生 树立
5、团队意识，提升团队协作能力以及口头表达、写作等能力。This course is mainly delivered by lectures on a weekly basis with interactive class discussions, throughout which multimedia equipment such as PPT and video clips are employed to help students better understand complex issues. For practical part, students are required to c

19、 Q&A2六、课程考核方式Assessment本课程的考核主要由三部分组成：1)小组项目视频拍摄及展示 (占20%), 2)个人出勤和课堂表现(占10%),以及所撰写的文化旅 游类特稿(占20%), 3)两小时的闭卷考试(50%)o The assessment for this course will be based on: 1) one team video presentation (20%), 2) attendance and classroom performance (10%) & one individual coursework (20%) and 3) a two-hou
