First, consider why you like a particular app. What makes you check it so constantly? How do you feel after youve opened it? And finally, does it do
9、you any good? One reason your detox will fail within hours is that you werent prepared to handle one of these aspects. Delete apps and bookmarks.You need to start as you mean to go on. Remove social media apps from your phone, tablet, laptop, computer, and wherever else you can access them. Remove t
10、heir bookmarks from your browser and make sure there are no easy ways to access the networks. Be prepared to deal with your boredom.One of the most difficult things about addiction is the feeling of missing out on the activityyou are detoxing from. Fill the same amount of time you spent on social me
11、dia with something more enjoyable. Instead of allowing social media to distract you, try socialising, walking, running, cycling, or something similar to occupy your time.
