6、 2022-2022年度第二学期工作计划 外研版英语八年级下教学工作计划 一、学情分析 这学期我继续担任八年级 一、二班的英语教学工作，共有学生124人，其中绝大部分学生基础比较好，而且进取心强。通过一年多的英语学习，由于基础不平衡，少部分男学生自觉性不高，认真程度也不及女生，所以两极分化已渐出现。为了更好地搞好本班的英语教学，提高学生的英语水平，在制定本计划和设计教案的时候，必须做到以学生的兴趣为中心，寓教于乐，激发学生的灵感，促使学生积极思维并自觉地吸收和创造性地使用所学语言知识、展现自己的个性，切实完成本班英语教学工作，达到学校制定的教学目标。 二、教学目标 1扎实基础教学 巩固语言基础
