1、课题: We re trying to save the manatees!教材版本: Go for it!9B使用年级: Grade Nine单元名称: Unit 15设计人: 广东省兴宁市实验学校 陈志滔 教学设计学情分析本校属于城市学校,学生见识广,知识面比拟宽,根底比拟扎实。学生思维活泼,表现欲强,喜欢任务型的教学活动,喜欢互动,课堂上能用简单英语进行一些话题的讨论,调查,报告,情景会话或角色扮演,有一定的语言综合运用能力。但一局部学生学习积极性不高,上课不愿开口讲,我经常和他们沟通,帮助他们树立信心,鼓励他们大胆讲英语,不要怕犯错误。同时,提高他们学习英语的兴趣。教材分析与整合本单元
2、是?新目标英语?“Go For It第三册的Unit 15,核心话题是保护动物,通过本单元的学习,学生能掌握表示动物的名词以及用描述动物的形容词等描述它们的习性, 学习有关环境保护的语言,并能运用be like 来表达自己对事物的判断,从而能了解一些濒临灭绝的动物的生活习性和濒临灭绝的原因,学会使用简单的目标语言制作环保宣传海报,并向大家做简单的介绍,并用于实际生活中。根据学生的实际情况,我对教材内容进行了整合,并设法使每个教学活动相关连贯。我把有关动物的生词通过情景整合在一起学,并注重培养学生自学英语中的生词的能力;通过百度图片直接引出动物,使得学生更扎实有效地掌握知识。通过百度视频帮助,让
3、学生获得直接感观,并直接切入本课主题,简单明了,统领了整堂课,并为之后的课文教学做铺垫。这样,通过整合,使整个课堂的教学内容更加连贯、自然和紧凑。Period one (Section A 1a,1b,1c)Type: Leading-inTime: 40 minutesTeaching demand:1. I am like this animal because I am strong and intelligent. 教学反思本节课的设计从单元整体出发,本着“从课本中来,到生活中去的理念。围绕主题“Protect Animals设计各种有现实意义的任务,让学生通过学习,能够运用be like来表达自己对事物的判断。通过本节关于动物及环保话题继续讨论学习,多数学生能运用已学句型和词汇谈论相关话题或发表自己的看法。同时,学生对濒临灭绝的动物的生存环境有了更多的了解,对人类赖以生存的环境也有了更深的认识。学生在完成任务的过程中听说读写技能得到提高,实现预设的三维教学目标。
21、本节课有三个突出的特点。1. 根据任务型教学原那么,设计了形式多样的任务活动,使学生掌握使用简单的生活英语,围绕“Animals,在课堂中,通过活动,寓现实生活于教学中,表达了新课标“以人为本的理念。2. 学生参与面广,课堂气氛活泼,学生真正地动起来,练习形式多样pair work ,group work,激发了学生学习的兴趣,从而培养学生大胆开口说英语的习惯,增强其学习的信心。3. 在教学中,对学生进行了西方文化背景知识的渗透。存在缺乏困惑1. 本节课是知识运用课,活动较多,控制不好容易造成课堂混乱而达不到预期效果。2. 学生学到的知识并不能用到现实生活中解决问题,教师应创造虚拟的语言情境。3. 紧凑的课堂设计,使老师没有足够时间照顾“学困生,对他们掌握知识的情况难以及时了解,因此,在课后要花时间与学生沟通,引导学生反思自己学习英语的进步与缺乏,及时调整,主动学习。
