MCB参数表591The Gen 2 System is an machine room less system of the elevator control.There are two controller cabinets;GeN2 is a machine-room-less lift with unsurpassed levels of comfort, reliability and safety. GeN2 offers passengers a quieter, smoother and more elegant
6、 ride than any lift system in its class. Its design enables architects to design buildings without a machine room. Builders will benefit from quicker installation and minimal interference with other trades. And owners can operate the building more economically and with more rentable space. GeN2是由一个无

The Operational control is realized by the Traction Control Board (TC
8、B) and the Drive Control by the Motion Control Board (MCB) / Vector Control Board (VCB).主控制柜安装在井道,包括操作控制和拖动控制。操作控制通过牵引控制电子板(TCB)实现,拖动控制通过动行控制电子板(MCB)和矢量制电子板(VCB)实现。 the E&I panel mounted in the hoistway door panel at top landing contents the Service Panel Board (SPB), the Brake Release Board (BRE),

10、overview about the used Control Subsystems of the whole Gen 2 System.下列图表给出一个关于整个GEN2的各个控制子系统的定位总览。1.2.系统要求Starting up of the WWOVF Drive - System only should be performed by authorisizied personal!WWOVF 驱动系统启动只应由经授权的人员执行!The mechanical works of hoistway and cabine as well as the electrical installa
11、tion in the hoistway, controller and E&I Panel have to be finished to ensure inspection run. 必须完成井道和机房的机械工作以及在井道、控制柜和E&I板的电气安装以确保检修运行.The encoder have to be mounted at machine and properly connected with MCB.一定要将编码器安装在主机上并正确地与MCB连接The electrical connections have to be installed completely and checke
12、d.必须完整地安装电气连接并检查.2.0. 以检修模式运行The mechanical works of hoistway, cabine, controller, machine and electrical installation have to be finished in this way, that the first inspection run can performed.The electrical connections between Controller, E&I panel and machine and hoistway- installation (Safety
13、Chain: TES, OS, GTC and PES) have to be installed. Connect the travelling cable with the TOCI-box via “Field Shunt” (Adapter Tool for connection of travelling cable and TOCI-box during construction).For construction mode it is possible to bridge door contacts with plug P4T in the E&I panel.井道的机械工作,轿
14、厢,控制柜,主机和有关的电气接线等在第一次检修运行前必须完成,在控制柜,E&I控制屏,主机和井道线间的电气连接(安全回路:TES,OS,GTC 和PES)电气连接,连接随行电缆到轿顶接线箱。2.1.检查接线及业主电源Ensure that the main switch is switched off (E&I-panel) !Switch to ERO mode (E&I panel).首先确定在E& I 检修控制柜中的主电源开关已断开,及将ERO检修开关置于检修状态。Disconnect the connection of HL1 to PE and HL2 to PE.Check the
15、 HL1/HL2 and PE wiring and insulation. This is a check to test the clear disconnection of the HL1 / HL2 / PE wiring.断开接地汇流条PE,HL1,HL2间的夸接线,检查HL1与HL2对地PE的绝缘,ERO仍置于检修状态。The resistance values have to be checked (with multimeter):用万用表检查绝缘电阻值: from PE to HL1(0,5MW)从PE到HL1(0,5MW) from PE to HL2(0,5MW)从PE到
16、HL2(0,5MW) from PE to the line terminals L1 L3 (0,5MW)从PE到三相电源线端L1L3(0,5MW) from PE to the motor terminals U1 W1 (0,5MW)从PE到马达电源线端U1W1(0,5MW)Put in the HL1/HL2/PE connection again.完成后将夸接线装回。2.2 .送电操作Connect the battery to plug P1 on the BRE board to ensure that the battery is charged for start up of
17、 BRE board (Chapter 6).将E&I检修控制柜中的12V电池插端P1连接到BRE板上。Switch on the main switch (OCB).Check the line voltage (400VAC L3).Switch on the fuse F4C (controller).将控制柜的F4C开关闭合,送E&I检修控制柜的主电源,检查相间电压为380V。Check the wiring and function of the safety switches TES, OS, GTC and PES with voltmeter.Check the functio
18、n by measurement of voltage loss (110VAC) at plug 2H4 to HL1 by opening of the safety switches. 用万用表检查安全回路TES,OS ,GTC 及PES等开关的110V电压。1) Switch the unit to ERO operation.转为ERO操作2) Switch on the main switch.接通主开关3) Check the power supply 110VAC (P1.8) and HL1 connection (P1.7) according to the wiring
19、diagram.按照接线图检查电源供应110VAC(P1.8)和HL1连接(P1.7)4) Connect the Service Tool (SVT) to MCB (Plug P6)连接服务器(SVT)至MCB(插头P6)5) After switching on, the DR (Drive Ready)-signal on SVT must be active, it indicates the readiness of the inverter. 接通后,在SVT上的DR(驱动准备)-信号必须是被激活的,它表示驱动器准备变绪.6) It must be checked if the

22、on between TCB (Plug P3) and SPB (plug P14).Ensure the SVT connection between MCB (Plug P6) and SPB (plug P17).Remark:The communication between TCB / MCB and SPB will guaranteed with this connection.确定在TCB(P3)与SBP(14)间,MCB(P6)与SPB(P17)间的导线已连接。注:TCB/MCB板与SPB板间的通信线必须成功连接。Check the connection of the Sp

25、 of RSL and SVT is verifiedor Press any Button (duration approx. 2s) of the button field if the status LED lits on, the communication of RSL and SVT is verifiedConnect the SVT to plug 15 on SPB.With check the input signals SE, /1TH, /2TH, INS, /ES, DW, DFC, the signals must be active (capital letter
26、s).Connect the SVT to plug 16 on SPB.With check the input signals BY, DBD and BSW.The DR (Drive Ready) -signal must be active, it indicates the readiness of the inverter连接P2与P14到SPB板,同时按板上的REB与CCTL按钮,如板上LED显示为“r”,则已确认RSL远程及服务器通信;或按任一按钮秒,如其指示灯亮,则确认RSL远程及服务器通信。连接服务器到板的,按 ,检查SE, /1TH, /2TH, INS, /ES, D
27、W, DFC,等信号是否被激活(大写有效);连接服务器到板的,按 ,检查BY, DBD and BSW的输入状态,DR(驱动器正待命信号)必须有效,它表明驱动器正处于待命状态。2.6.启动板(电子释放抱闸板)The connection between BRE (Plug P2) and SPB (Plug P11) has to be realized.连接BRE板()与SPB板()。Power Checks电压检查Check the correct wiring of the Plugs P1 and P2.Check the voltage supply of the plugged c

36、设定调整共同的速度曲线INS SPE:检修运行速度(最大米/秒)例:以0.35米/秒检修运行 设INS SPE=35NOM SPE: 持续运行的铭牌速度能够用这个参数来降低铭牌速度例子:对于一台应以米/秒运行的电梯,但为米/秒铭牌速度设计参数CON SPE被调至米/秒.
