1、五年级英语培优补差计划本届五年级学生33 人,人数不多,但英语成绩并不理想,升级时成绩极差。不及格的有好几个,优生人数少,两极分化严重。为此,我制定一下计划:一、指导计划提高优生的自主和自觉学习能力,进一步巩固并提高中等生的学习成果,协助差生取得适当进步,让差生在教师的辅导和优生的协助下,逐步提高学习成果,并培养较好的学习习惯。培优计划要落到实处,发掘并培养一批英语尖子,挖掘他们的潜能,从培养英语能力入手,训练良好学习习惯,从而形成较扎实的基础和阅读能力,并能协商老师进行补差活动,提高整个年级的英语素养和英语成果。二、目标:在这个学期的培优补差活动中,培优对象能依照计划提高读、说、听的综合英语

2、能力,成果稳定在90 分左右,并协商老师实施补差工作,协助差生取得进步。补差对象能依照老师的要求做好,成果有一定的提高。培优主要是继续提高同学的听说能力和阅读能力。对于优良同学在时间上把好关,课堂内他们能吃饱,但不会吃好,课外精心挑选一些拔高题,题型要多种多样,介绍或推荐同学适量课外阅读,让优生扩大阅读面,摄取更多课外知识,定时布置一定难度的练习任务要求他们完成,全面提高英语能力。通过各种形式的活动来提高他们的学习积极性,从而逐步提高优良同学的学习成果。辅差的内容是教会同学敢于做题,会做题,布置比较基础的内容让他们掌握,可先安排他们摘抄。训练差生的口头表达能力,堂上发明情境,让差生尝试说、敢于

3、说、进而争取善于说。1、协助他们树立自信心。2、教会他们正确的学习方法,使学习变被动为主动。3、减少作业量,认真查漏,专项训练。4、坚持不懈地关爱后进生。(1)多鼓励少批评。只要发现他们有进步,哪怕是很小的进步,也要和时褒扬他们,鼓励他们再接再厉。只有主观积极性调动起来了,才干更好地发挥他们自身的潜能,使他们很快地步入中等生甚至是优等生的行列。(2)组织互助小组进行协助。(3)加强与家长的沟通联系,争取家长的配合。三、具体措施l 课外辅导,利用课余时间。2采用一优生带一差生的一帮一行动。3请优生介绍学习经验,差生加以学习。4课堂上发明机会,用优生学习思维、方法来影响差生。5对差生实施多做多练措

11、I9I1六年级英语培优补差计划我对六一班学生进行了英语情况分析,发现六一班同学的英语情况不理想。优生人数极少,中等生人数也不多,而后进生占了班上过半以上的人数。从课堂表现和作业反馈来看,优生一般都能在课堂积极发言,作业也完成得比较好。而后进生缺乏学习兴趣和积极性,学习习惯差,上课不认真听讲,经常开小差,对基础知识没有基本的了解和掌握,作业潦草,马虎。学习态度不端正,出现消极和无所谓的心态。没有学习方法,对不懂的知识点,常常不理睬,对知识的应用较差,所以培优补差工作就显得举足轻重。经过一番认真的思考,本学期,我将从以下几个方面努力去做好培优补差工作:一、指导计划提高优生的自主和自觉学习能力,进一

36、面努力去做好培优补差工作,以改善自己的教学方法,提高自己的教学效率。首先,合理分组,优中培优。英语课对于六年级的学生来说史关键,因此,打好学生的英语学习基础,对其今后的学习和生活也会更有影响。本学期,我将努力改善自己的课堂效率,将学生进行合理的分组,争取每节课都给学生布置相应的任务,同时给其留有一定的空闲时间,引导其自主创新。特别是对于操作能力较强,课堂上又吃不饱的学生,要给其布置更为艰巨的任务,充分发挥其独创性。同时,利用学校或者上级部门组织的活动,对部分操作能力较强的学生进行特别培训,让其多多接触一些新的视野,操作技能上更上一层楼。其次,互帮互助,优中带差。对于英语课老师来说,学习差的学生
