1、售 楼 部 员 工 培 训 制 度第一章总则第1条为加强培训教育管理,帮助员工提高职业技能和职业素质,使员工达到岗位所需要的技能与要求,特制定本制度。第2条本制度适用于售楼部所有员工。第二章培训组织第3条员工在职期间,公司及部门根据未来的发展和需要及员工自身的情况,针对不同层次、不同类别的员工,有目的地组织各类培训。凡部门在职员工都有权利和义务接受公司安排的各种在职培训。第4条部门各级管理人员要将培训当成提升部门作战能力、实的大事来抓。现公司人才战略第5条组织培训时,要避免只讲形式,为培训而培训。培训组织者在确定培训内容时必须要有针对性,能确实提升部门员工的业务素质和业务技能。文档编码:CT1
