1、售 楼 部 销 售 提 成 制 度第一章总则第1 条为提高销售人员的工作积极性,提升销售服务质量,促进销售目标的顺利实现,特制定本制度。第2条本制度不包括工资待遇及各项奖励。有关工资待遇及福利根据公司的相关制度执行,有关奖励根据奖金管理制度执行。第3条本制度适用于售楼部所有销售人员。第二章提成比例第4条销售提成以销售业绩为基础。销售业绩的确认根据“业绩确认制度”执行。第5条销售人员的销售提成与销售指标的完成情况挂钩,根据销售指标的完成情况给予不同的提成比例。销售指标由项目总监根据销售进度制定,平均分配给每一个销售人员。具体如下:(1)当月完成销售指标5 0%以下的,提成比例为业绩的0.5(2)
