1、教师读书与专业成长教师要达到上述的境界,最重要的途径是读书。人类几千年的教育历史中,创造和积累了许多宝贵的教育思想财富。阅读经典,与过去的教育家对话,是教师成长的基本条件,是教师教育思想形成与发展的基础。教育智慧的形成,在一定意义上说,就是跨越由这些经典构成的桥梁的过程。这是一个不可超越的过程。人类的教育虽然不断变迁与发展,但是教育的根本不会变化,培养人的功能不会变化,教育过程的内在规律不会变化。现代的许多教育新思想,其实是用我们这个时代的语言和案例与过去的大师对话而已。教师读书不仅是寻求教育思想的营养,教师智慧的源头,也是情感与意志的冲击与交流,塑造人生理想与人格力量。读书会让教师更加善于思

2、考,更加远离浮躁,让教师更加有教育的智慧,让教育更加美丽。那么,教师应该怎样读书呢?我认为,一个优秀的人民教师要读好书,应该做到以下几个方面:一、勤于思考新一轮课程改革正如火如荼地进行,不少善于思考、勇于实践的教师脱颖而出,但为数不少的教师还处在等待、观望之中,有时也有改革的念头,但期望出现现成的方案,照着别人的套路前行。这种想法是不行的,课程改革不会放之四海而皆准的“套路”。每一所学校,每一名教师都要在课程改革的精神指导下,立足于自身实际,通过读书与实践,摸索出富有地方特色的改革方案,没有独立思考是搞不出来的。所以说,每一名教师在读书时都要做思考者、思想者,不要把自己陷入琐碎的忙碌工作中,要

3、腾出时间学习,腾出时间反思、总结。教育主管部门、各级学校要改变对教师的评价标准,只是勤奋工作,而缺乏创新,没有思想的教师不能评为好教师。学校要为教师的思考搭建“平台”,如举办读书比赛、教育沙龙、说课评课、论文竞赛、案例分析等活动,引导教师多看书,多思考,多动笔。只有这样,一线教师中才会涌现出越来越多的思考者、思想者。从理论上讲,教师专业发展的取向包含三个层面:一是学科专业知识和教育知识的广博精深和技能的熟练程度,这就要求我们通过读书去积累、去总结;二是基于教育教学实践的反思、认识和提高,是建立在对教师自身教学实践反思的基础上,特别是借助于教育理论观点下的案例解读,这也需要通过大量读书并逐渐积累

4、而成的富有个性的教育实践的见解与创意;三是教师专业发展不仅要通过教师个人的学习与实践反思,更为重要的,是在教师群体中形成合作的专业发展文化与模式。教师专业发展是一个持续不断的过程,教师专业化也是一个发展的概念,既是一种状态,又是一个不断深化的过程。二、享受读书的乐趣。读书在一定程度上如果是为了功利,自然就缺少了乐趣,而使读书成了负担。只有享受到了读书的快乐,我们才会主动去读书。会象一粒渴望成长的种子一样努力的在书中吸取知识的营养,而书在我们眼中也不是一个枯燥乏味的印满文字的厚本子,而是个充满知识的阿里巴巴的山洞。,虽然不能说,读文档编码:CS4E1Z10S4H3 HX1G4I8F10F8 ZC

12、一本书,一杯清茶,静静的回归自我,远离无关紧要的不平衡、嫉妒、焦虑、自怜,去关心教育。这就是我对教师读书的简单体会!教师的人生毕竟是自己的。他怎么看待、设想、规划自己的人生,他实际上就将会有一个什么样的人生。美国著名作家弗格森说:“每个人都守着一扇只能从内开启的改变之门,不论动之以情或晓之以理,我们都不能替别人打开这扇门。”教师的成长之门只能由教师个人打开,别人是无能为力的。让我们自己打开书本,打开自己的成长之门,走向人生发展的最高境界吧!三、让读书成为习惯随着科学技术的发展,信息传播渠道越来越多,广播、电视、报刊、杂志、网络,教师没有接触过,教师不知道的事情也许学生早已知道,因此我们教师的权

13、威性受到了空前的挑战。学生随意提出的问题更多的是涉及到当前经济、政治、文化领域,有些甚至是当前的热点和焦点。教师要适应这一时代特点,就必须树立终身学习的观念,以终身学习为目标。那么就要求教师让读书学习成为习惯。我在业余时间,读了许多有关教育教学方面的书,这些书中通过具体的案例的分析,并根据作者多年从教经验与教育理论,为读者提出了宝贵的建议,为我的工作指明了方向,我个人更是在实践中获益终身,这样,生活中的鲜活材料都像汩汩的清泉流入我的心田,然后我又将这些清澈的泉水到如课堂,一种学习的快乐荡漾在一张张渴求知识的脸上,教室中又充满了盎然生文档编码:CS4E1Z10S4H3 HX1G4I8F10F8
