10、对美术的兴趣、爱好、增长知识、提高技能、丰富学生的课余文化生活,为今后培养美术人才起着积极推动的作用。为了给爱好美术的同学一个良好的学习环境,学校举办了美术兴趣小组.现将本学期美术小组的活动安排制定如下:一、活动目的:通过美术兴趣小组的活动,使学生的美术特长得到更好的发展,进一步了解美术的基本知识,提高学生的欣赏水平及创造能力。二、活动时间:每星期下午课外活动(3:40-4:25),小组成员必须准时到达美术教室。三、活动步骤:美术兴趣小组是课堂教学的补充和延伸,与课堂教学相比更加具有灵活性和可塑性,因而学生非常喜欢参加。但是它比较容易受到考试或者其他活动的限制和冲击,教师和学生往往不能有始有终
11、,保质保量地坚持到底。要办好美术兴趣小组,教师必须根据学生的具体情况有计划有目的地进行,将美术兴趣小组办的有声有色。所以我觉得应该从以下几方面去着手。(一)、组织健全美术兴趣小组美术兴趣小组的成员不应该太多,大约30 人左右,所以参加这次兴趣小组的人员除了自愿以外还是美术方面比较有特长的学生。活动要固定,每周一次,由于种种因素,我把活动时间安排在每星期下课午课外活动。教师要做到精心计划,精心备课,精心上课,这样才能保证兴趣小组的深度、广度和力度。(二)、具体计划小组活动内容文档编码:CH10U6T7A9O3 HL10F7Y2Q8R3 ZC10C4P3R3O5文档编码:CH10U6T7A9O3

19、名人名画名作提高欣赏水平。5、进行手工制作教学,训练学生的动手能力和造型能力。四、组织观摩活动。我们采取走出去、请进来的方法,组织学生参观美展,不失时机地让学生开阔视野,增长感知。参观展览前,多介绍背景知识。参观中,边看边讲边记边画。使教学与观摩融为一体,同学们得益颇多。五、举行绘画比赛美术比赛能够有效地提高学生的素质和能力。我校准备在11 月份举行美术、书法等比赛,以促进学生快速、准确、熟练的技能,促进学生学习美术的兴趣。开展美术兴趣小组活动,使之规范化、制度化、防止一阵风、形式主义,使真正学生学有所得学有所乐,我要尽我最大的努力,勤于思考,大胆实践,最大限度地调动学生的积极性,将美术兴趣小
