1、学习好资料欢迎下载接力跑说课稿及教案一、教材分析接力跑是以几个人互相配合,密切协作,分别跑完各自规定距离的集体项目,又是在田径运动中唯一体现集体合作的运动项目。它深受学生的喜爱,并有较多的思想教育因素。接力跑和快速跑的技术基本相同,不同的是接力跑有传递接力棒的技术,要求各棒队员之间的协调配合,保证在快速跑中完成传接棒。所以,接力跑既可以发展速度素质,协调性和培养快速奔跑能力的有效手段,又可以培养密切合作的集体主义精神。接力跑的教学,在提高快速跑能力的基础上,进一步加强了快跑中完成传接棒动作的准确性、协调性和思维性的训练。正式比赛的接力跑有4100米、4400 米。在群众性的体育活动中,有不同形
2、式的接力跑,如不同距离的团体接力赛、异程接力、男女混合接力、往返接力、迎面接力等项目。二、学情分析本次课的授课班级为初中学生,由于初中学生具有好动,注意力不集中的特点,但又具有较强的创造力和自学能力,针对这一特点,我采用了启发、模仿、创新、竞赛等教学法,充分挖掘每个学生的潜在能力,充分发挥学生的主体作用,更好地促进学生努力达到教学目标。三、教学目标1 学习掌握传接棒技术,以学习下压式左右手传接棒技术为主要内容。2明确各棒分工和个人所扮演的角色,掌握好传、接棒时机与配合,控制好情绪,增强自信心。3在课外活动和校级运动会等能够操作运用传接棒技术。学习好资料欢迎下载4增加趣味接力赛,让学生在活动中用
3、智慧和技巧与同伴协作,体验成功乐趣,发扬团结协作精神。四、教学方法与措施1分组练习和自主学习相结合,通过多次和反复练习,达到熟练。2组织小组间接力赛,增加竞争性和娱乐性气氛。易犯错误:起动标志不准确;伸臂过早;传接棒不准。纠正方法:初步确定起跑标志后,根据传接棒同学的具体情况,作具体的调整,可在起跑处放小纸团作为标志物;未听到到信号,一般不做伸臂接棒准备,熟练后可不采用信号;明确传接棒时机和方式,只有通过多次反复练习,才能达到熟练无误。五、教学流程:(一)导入部分(10)1、课堂常规:(2)集合整队,清点人数师生问好宣布本节课的内容安排见习生 2、慢跑(2)3、徒手操(3)让学生慢跑和做徒手操
