1、大体积混凝土施工作业指导书1 编制依据电力建设施工及验收规范(建筑工程篇)。火电施工质量检验及评定标准第一篇土建工程篇。混凝土结构工程施工及验收规范(GBJ50204-92)混凝土强度检验评定标准(GBJ107-87)电力建设安全工作规程(火力发电厂部分)(DL)。2 施工准备材料水泥应优先选用低水化热水泥品种,以降低砼的绝热温度,如粉煤灰硅酸盐水泥和矿渣硅酸盐水泥等。使用矿渣硅酸盐水泥时,应掺用外加剂,以改善砼的和易性。2.选用级配优良和洁净的粗骨料,控制含泥量,以减少对砼的干缩影响。骨料粒径由试验室试配确定。细骨料宜用中砂,并严格控制含泥量。水为不含杂质的洁净水。气温高时,宜用深井冷水或在
2、水中加冰快,但不能让冰屑加入搅拌机内。外加剂选用具有缓凝作用的高效减水剂,以减少砼中的水泥用量和用水量。外加剂掺量由试验室试配确定。机具砼的搅拌、运输、浇筑振捣机具应能满足连续浇筑的需要。高温季节施工时,应对搅拌机上料系统和砼运输机械采取防晒措施。作业条件2 大体积砼施工应作温控计算并应有施工方案。施工前要进行详细的技术交底。砼配合比已由试验室试配确定。各种材料的供应能满足连续浇筑的需要。劳动力安排要满足连续作业的需要。模板安装必须计算其刚度,防止模板变形造成砼裂缝。模板、钢筋、支架、预埋件和预埋管等已按设计要求安装完毕,并已嶷隐蔽验收。砼的测温装置已按施工方案埋设稳妥。已与当地气象部门取得联

11、供应等情况分别采用全面分层、分段分层、斜面分层等不同方法进行浇筑。不论采用哪种方法浇筑,必须保证砼在浇筑时不发生离析现象和冷缝的出现。在砼初凝时,要对砼表面进行二次振捣和压实抹光,防止面层砂浆产生干缩裂缝。对大体积砼的养护,应根据气候条件采取控温措施,按需要测定浇筑后的砼表面和内部温度,将温差控制在25以内和温升梯度不大于15/m。控温措施有保温养护和降温养护。保温养护可采用在砼表面先覆盖塑料薄膜,然后在其上覆盖草包或麻包袋;降温养护是在砼内部埋设冷却管,用循环水冷却降温。大体积砼的模板和保温养护层的拆除,应在砼内外温差小于20时进行。若需提前拆模,应在拆模后立即进行保温养护。4 技术质量要求

19、表面和内部的温差和内部降温差导致砼表面和内部的收缩差而引起相当大的应力,因此极易产生砼裂缝。为此必须在夏季采取降温措施,冬季要升温,减少砼内外的温度差和内部降温差。改善基础底与地基的约束条件,减少砼因地基约束而产生的拉应力,这也是防止大体积砼基础裂缝的一个重要方面。为此在原有厚大老混凝土或岩石地基上浇筑大体积砼基础墙体时,必须设置隔离措施或增加伸缩缝、后浇缝。控制砼内外温差和内部降温差以及改善基础底部的约束条件是防止大体积砼裂缝的主要手段,但还必须在材料、工艺方法上全面采取措施,因此本作业指导书中在材料、机具、施工程序及方法中列出的要求都是必要的,施工时必须认真执行。产品保护a)大体积砼浇筑后
