27、为元/月,绩效工资根据甲方的绩效考核方案执行,工资若调整根据甲方工资调整文件执行。五、违背合同的责任合同期未满,乙方不能单方提出解除合同,否则属违约行为,应向甲方缴纳违约金元方可辞职。确因个人身体或家庭特殊情况,双方可协商提前解除合同。若在转正后一年内乙方单方提出解除合同,甲方将扣除对乙方进行培训等费用,年绩效奖金全部扣除。乙方在合同期间(含转岗)由甲方出资进行职业技术培训的,乙方如若违背本合同,需无条件向甲方支付违约赔偿金,并需全额退还甲方进行职业技术培训的成本费。因不可抗力造成本合同不能履行或经济损失的,可不承担违约责任。乙方违犯劳动纪律等其他公司规章管理办法,甲方可根据本单位的规章管理办

35、5V36/12文章来源网络整理,仅供参考学习具有下列情形之一的,甲方可以随时通知乙方解除劳动合同,不受提前三十天通知的限制:(1)在试用期内发现乙方不符合聘用条件的;(2)乙方在试用期不能胜任岗位要求;(3)乙方严重违背甲方工作责任制或甲方规章管理办法的;(4)乙方严重失职,营私舞弊,对甲方利益造成重大损害的;(5)乙方被依法追查刑事责任的;(6)乙方连续个月(季度、年)考核被确定为不称职的;(7)不胜任现职工作,又不接受其它安排的。4.具有下列情形之一的,甲方可以解除聘用合同,但应当提前三十天以书面形式通知乙方:(1)、乙方患病或非因工负伤,在手册的医疗期满后,不能从事原工作也不能从事甲方另
