2、种动物,拓展了学生在物种与地理方面的知识。在动物园中,动物的生活区域旁都会挂一块介绍该动物特点的说明文字。本篇课文的语境就是动物园挂的关于某一动物的说明文字,所以每段文字都比较简短,且所有段落不构成一篇完整的文章,没有总体介绍,也没有总结结尾,只有不同的小段落。本单元要求学生能读懂有关介绍动物的文章,掌握细节内容,并能写出简单的动物介绍。学情分析大多数孩子都喜欢动物,本单元以此为话题,有利于激发学生的学习兴趣。经过小学和一段初中的学习,学生们已经熟悉部分动物的英文名称和描述物体的句子,因此大多数学生能积极参与到课堂活动中来,但是学生们对于第三人称单数的判断不够熟练,易出现do和does混用,谓
3、语动词是否要用三单不清楚的情况,所以课堂活动中教师要利用学生在小学学过的一般现在时知识,进一步明晰第三人称单数的运用,通过充分练习,采用乐于合作分享的教学模式,培养学生的综合学习能力。教学目标通过本课时教学,让学生能够:1. 通过图片、语境、老师讲解和巩固练习,准确拼读并能够在语境中正确运用以下词汇及短语:Africa, Asia, Europe, only, about, kilo, people, African, leaf, grass, large, usually, alone, strong, catch, even, a little, as well as, all
