3、al and external factors and the expectations or requirements of the relevant parties, combined with the existing strengths and weaknesses of the company And opportunities; plan countermeasures against identified risks and opportunities. 2.Scope All relevant departments and processes of the quality m

4、anagement system. 3.Definition 3.1 environmental factors: factors from internal or external of the company that may affect the quality management system. 3.2 interested parties: the individuals or organizations that can influence, or be influenced by, the decisions or behaviors of the company, or fe

5、el the influence. 4.Power and responsibility 4.1 General Manager: determine internal and external environmental factors and expectations or requirements of interested parties, and approve countermeasures for risks and opportunities. 4.2 Manager: organize all departments to identify and evaluate the

6、internal and external environmental factors and expectations or requirements of interested parties, formulate countermeasures, and review the results. 4.3 all departments: cooperate to identify and evaluate internal and external environmental factors and expectations or requirements of interested pa

7、rties, and formulate countermeasures. 5.Flow chart N/A 6.Procedure content 6.1 organization environment management 6.1.1 when establishing and improving the quality and environmental management system, the company will fully identify, understand and consider the internal and external environment tha

The specific departments and identification items are as follows: A) Administration department: internal (company values, corporate culture, personnel capacity, system operation, process capacity, etc.), external (geogra

10、phic location, existing pollution, law, competition, market, culture, social and economic environment, etc.). C) Purchasing department: internal (products, activities, services, performance, etc.), external (law, technology, competition, market, culture,

D) Manager: internal (strategy, knowledge, personnel capability, performance, etc.), external (social and economic environment, etc.). 6.1.3 each department shall register the identification results in the SWOT analysis form of company operation and

13、submit it to the manager for summary. 6.1.4 monitoring and updating of internal and external environmental elements: The manager shall organize a comprehensive identification and review of internal and external environmental factors before the management review every year. D) Audit institution: the effectiveness, sufficiency and conformity of the companys system operation. E) Government agencies: safe production,

J) Sales Department: customers, employees, competitors or social groups. H) Purchasing department: customers, suppliers, competitors or social groups. G) Admin

19、istration department: employee representatives, nearby enterprises and residents, banks, labor unions, social organizations. 6.2.2 each department shall register the identification results on the identification form of needs and expectations of interested parties and submit it to the manager for sum

20、mary and arrangement. 6.2.3 expectations or requirements of relevant parties for monitoring and updating: the manager shall organize a comprehensive identification and review of internal and external environmental factors before the management review every year. 6.2.4 each department shall inform th
