1、独家文档请勿盗版感谢支持Unit 7 So much to do before we travel!(第二课时教学设计)一、教材分析1、教学内容本课时系教材英语2(基础模块 高教版)第七单元的第二课时Reading and Writing,具体内容:一篇有关在澳大利亚悉尼的旅游介绍,训练学生从中获取细节信息的能力,同时学生能够根据所学的语言知识完成本单元的单元任务,即书写出最佳旅行小手册。2、教学重点、难点教学重点:学生能读懂有关国外城市旅游计划的短文,能根据提示信息写出北京一日游的计划书。教学难点:学生能够运用所学的语言知识写出最佳旅行小手册。二、教学目标1、知识目标(1)学生能掌握下列单词
2、的用法:excellent, fresh, show, opera, entire, wish, get close to(2)学生能掌握下列词组的用法:a two-day tour plan millions of + n(s) / 数词+million of +n(s)2、能力目标(1)学生能读懂有关国外城市旅游计划的短文。(2)学生能根据提示信息写出北京一日游的计划书。3、情感目标学生能热爱大自然、欣赏美丽风光。三、教学步骤Step One Lead in1. What is Sydney famous for?(Present more pictures of places of interest in Sydney, such as: Royal Botanical Gardens, Bondi Beach, Elizabeth Bay House, Sydney Aquarium, Sydney
4、Opera House, Sydney Harbor Bridge, Opera House Market and so on.)(设计意图:采用头脑风暴的形式让学生复习上一课时所学词汇,以旧带新,引出本课时的词汇,如: breath the fresh air, get close to see animals, enjoy a show, lie on the beach and so on词汇难度和数量的选择可以根据学生程度调整。悉尼图片的选择和讨论以阅读材料中的景点和词汇为主,两环节的设计都是为了激发学生的兴趣,降低阅读活动的难度,为阅读活动做好词汇的铺垫。)Step Two Read
5、ing1. Skimming(Activity 9)Explain the chart to the class and make sure Ss understand it well. Let Ss read the tour plan and complete the chart. 2. Scanning(Activity 10)Let Ss read again and match the places with the activities. (设计意图:让学生带着问题阅读旅游计划的文章,训练学生快速阅读,查找相关信息的能力。此阅读材料对学生而言,难点主要是一些景点名称的词汇和活动的描
6、述,因为这些都已在导入部分呈现,所以阅读难度不大。)Step Three Writing1. Present a picture of a park, a zoo or some place in your city, let Ss discuss together to make a plan. Then present and discuss another.(设计意图:景点图片的选用最好是学生所熟悉的自己所在城市,既吸引了学生的注意,也降低了表达的难度,为下面的活动做范例。鼓励学生有选择地借用或改用阅读材料里的句子。)2. Work in groups. (Activity 11)T:
7、You work for a travel agency. Your manager wants you to make a plan for a one-day trip in Beijing.
