There will be a surprise for you tonight. 3. 直接引语放在句首， 有时会倒装 “What do you mean?” asked Jerry.二. 表方向，地点的词位于句首 There, here, out, in, up, away, in front of, + 位移动词 + 主语（名词） e.g. There goes the bell. Here comes the bus. Away went t
3、he cat. In front of the house is a garden.主语是代词， 主谓语语序变 e.g. Here she is. Away it went. 强调状语/表语 e.g. By the window sat a boy with a book. Among them are some famous artists. Present at the meeting were some important figures.三. 含有否定意义的词位于句首 1. not, never, little, seldom, hardly, by no means, in no c
4、ase, under no condition, e.g. Not a single song can I sing. Never will she forget the day. Hardly can I understand you. By no means will I accept you. Under no condition will they agree with it. 2. 固定结构 Not until+主句 (倒装) 直到才 Not only(倒装) + but also 不仅还 No sooner(倒装) + than 一 就 Hardly(倒装) + when e.g.
5、 Not until he left did they realize how nice he was. Not only do they enjoy pop music, but also they like folk music. No sooner had I walked out than it began to rain. Hardly had I seen them when they ran away.四. Only + 状语+ 主句 状语: 副词, 短语, 从句 e.g. Only then did I regret it. Only in this way can we wi
6、n. Only if you help him will he succeed.五. So, neither, nor引起， 表“也” e.g. I love music. So does Ricky. I dont know and nor do I care. She is not good at physics. Neither am I. If you dont go there, neither will I.六. So/such(部分倒装) + thatso/such位于句首 e.g. He was so proud that he never listened to any ad

So proud was he that he neverSuch a lazy man was Ben that he 七. 虚拟条件句省略if 从句中有Were, should, had (had done)时， 省略if然后提前 e.g. If it were not for his help, we would not finish it . Were it n

Had it not been for the thick fog, you 要不是八. as/though引导让步状语从句， 表语/状语提前， 动词位置不变 e.g. Cruel as/though he is, she still loves him.
