1、教学设计B2 unit 3 Period 1课文标题:A Game for the World单元名称:On the Move (Starting out & Understanding ideas)教材版本:外研社新修订必修2授课年级:高一授课时长:45 minutes教学内容分析:B2 unit 3 Period 1主要涉及到的内容有:一是starting out,通过 观看视频、欣赏图片来回顾运动类词汇,促使学生表达个人对于运动种类的喜 好,并通过讨论认识到做运动可以给人们带来诸多益处。这一部分主要是为了 激活学生们已掌握的背景知识和语言知识,了解本单元主题。二是A Game for t
2、he World ,这篇文章谈及风靡全世界的足球运动,提到了它的history和 popularity,并分段列举了三个足球能够如此受欢迎的原因和具体例子,最后升 华主题:足球不仅仅只是一种运动。由于这篇文章是议论文文体,课文思路清 晰,所以由此文可以延伸课本、拓展课堂,引导学生去认识到英语议论文体的 写作思路和结构,并随堂写一篇关于运动有何益处的议论文。学情分析:学生们 在必修一已经学习到了句子结构和定语从句,并在必修二前 两个单元已经学习了情态动词的用法,并经过前面8个单元的词汇铺垫,学生们 已可以根据小组谈论结果,来整理思路,利用所学词汇和语法、句型进行英语 短文写作。此外,在外研社新修
3、订版本教材中存在presenting ideas这一模块,学 生们在每个单元都可以得到充分的机会口头表达自己对于主题的理解和认识。 所以,学生们已经有能力进行议论文体的写作,书面表达自身观点。教学目标:1. Get the main idea by scanning;2. Speak out the meaning of several important new words, such as represent, goal, basis, equipment, content, factor, death,etc;3. Identify the writing style and find

Realize football is much more than just a sport.教学思路:step 1.热身准备,播放世界杯音乐,吸引学生的注意力,进入上课状态,并为 后面介绍足球运动做铺垫,并点明本节读写课的学习目标;step 2导入(starting out)新语言项目,播放涉及到各项运动的小视频以及运动 图片,激活学生运动类词汇,同桌讨论各自喜欢的运动以及原因,并经讨论达 成共识:做运动有很
6、多益处。step 3.读前活动看图片,猜与足球赛相关的手势和标志。step 4.读中活动(一),学生通过略读活动,在文章整体语境的刺激下激活已 有词汇,领会新词含义,领略文章大意,理清文章结构和行文思路。step 5.读中活动(二),学生通过听力和跟读,进行文章细读,发现文中细节 性内容step 6.深入思考,分组讨论文章最后一句话的深层次含义,学生对讨论结果上 台报告,老师引导做主题升华。step 7.读后活动,根据本单元运动这一主题,给出写作题目:The benefits of doing sports,引导学生自己构思并画出相应的思维导图,并进行写作练习,学生 展示同桌互评互改。step
