1、留学生住宿管理规定Dormitory regulation1、留学生入学后须与公寓管理方签订住宿协议，并提前缴纳住宿费。Students must sign the accommodation agreement, and pay the accommodation fee in advance.2、公寓入住程序：凭住宿费缴费单到留学生管理人员处领取钥匙，到公寓服务台办理入住手 续。填写住宿登记表，签定安全防火责任书。与工作人员一起验收房间物品，核实无误后在房间物品登记表上签字。进入房间住宿，如发现房间需要维修等情况，请与工作人员联系。How to check in: Take the acc

3、Strictly abide by the Dormitory regulations . Compensation must be made for any damages to dorm property.4、对申请校外住宿的留学生，需向国际教育学院提供以下材料，经国际教 育学院批准后方可搬至校外住宿：Students who meet the following requirements can apply to move out from theInternational students dormitory and live outside of the campus by them
4、selves:自提交申请之日起前四个月的课堂出勤证明，出勤率需达到90以上The class attendance is above 90% for the past 4 month since the day students apply to move out of the campus.自提交申请之日起最近一次的期末考试成绩，平均分需达到90分以上The last final exam average grade is above 90.申请人父母手写并签字的校外住宿同意书及意外事件学校免责承诺书(原 件)An agreement/commitment letter that is ha
5、nd-writing and signed by the parents (original).申请人自己手写并签字的校外住宿申请及承诺书An application/commitment letter that is hand-writing and signed by the student himself/herself.申请人HSK考试中级成绩单，成绩需达到合格A positive result from HSK examlevel 4.留学生校外住宿申请表，国际教育学院领导批准、签字、盖章An application form signed and stamped by the re
6、ctor of International Education College.申请人需提供与房东签订的租房合同Renting contract凭租房合同到国际教育学院留学生事务办公室办理校外住宿登记 表Registered in the international studenfs office and complete the certain forms.到租房所在地的派出所重新办理临时住宿登记表Visit the local police station and do the registration again.凭当地派出所的住宿登记到国际教育学院招生办公室办理“居留证”地址更改手续，填写地址更改表，凭地址更改表到济南市出入境管 理局办理地址更改。Visit the immigration office to change the living address.如以后再次更改住宿地址，需将更改情况及时告知国际教育学院留学生办公 室。After moving out of the dormitory, if the living address has been changed again, then students must inform the international studenfs office as soon as possible.
