1、包汤圆(making sweet dumplings)(一)背景资料(Background information)正月十五元宵节又称上元节、小正月、元夕或灯节,是春节之后的第一个重要节日,是中国亦是汉字文化圈的地区和海外华人的传统节日之一。正月是农历的元月,古人称夜为“宵”,所以把一年中第一个月圆之夜正月十五称为元宵节。2008 年 6 月,元宵节选入第二批国家级非物质文化遗产。1.汤圆是中国的传统甜品,用糯米粉浸入少量水揉成球状,放入水里煮,食用时带汤盛出。汤圆的历史可追溯到宋朝时期。Tangyuan is a Chinese dessert made from glutinous ric

2、e flour mixedwith a small amount of water to form balls and is then cooked andserved in boiling water.Its history can date back to the Song Dynasty.2.汤圆的中文发音近似于“团圆”的发音,因此有“团团圆圆,幸福美满”之意。In Chinese,the pronunciation of Tangyuan is similar to the wordTuanyuan,which has the meaning of reunion and happin

6、克,小火翻炒至变色。70 g peanut kernel,30 g walnut,stir fry over low heat untildiscolored.2、花生仁、核桃去皮,倒入破壁机,再加入 15 克黑芝麻,打成粉。Peel the peanuts and walnuts,pour them into the wall breakingmachine,then add 15g black sesame seeds and beat them into powder.3、加入红糖 10 克,搅拌均匀,加入糯米粉 100 克,搅拌成絮状,揉成面团,醒发 30 分钟。Add 10 gram

12、ake a hole in the ball like a snail.Put the sesame ball into it and close it up.4.在开水中煮熟,在煮的过程中要始终顺着一个方向搅拌,汤圆全部浮起在水面后小火再煮一分钟,即可。Cook them in boiled water.Make sure to keep stirring in onedirection while cooking.When they float on the water,continue to boilfor about one minute using less heat.(四)制作坚果

13、汤圆(making nut dumplings)Ingredients 原料Glutinous rice flour 糯米粉Nuts 坚果Water 饮用水Peanut butter 花生酱Brown Sugar 红(黑)糖Ginger 生姜Olive Oil 橄榄油Glutinousrice flour 糯米粉1.把坚果和花生酱混合,放入冰箱冷却。Roast or stir fry nuts then mix with peanut butter.Place inrefrigerator to cool.2.将 3 杯水倒入锅中煮沸。加入姜末和 1 杯红糖,搅拌至糖溶解。然后让糖浆慢慢加热,
