3、he got a rude awakening and began to pursue a healthy life. The text is a description of the protagonists pre - and post-fitness changes, included in a wellness book for high school classes abroad. In the health book, students can express their views on health and describe their fitness experience.

4、Therefore, the language of this article is casual and relaxed, and the structure of the text is simple and clear. The three paragraphs describe the past worries and eating problems, the changes in ideas and eating, and the current actions. The writing technique mainly uses comparison and contrast to

5、 reflect the positive physical and psychological changes of the protagonist before and after bodybuilding.学情分析The students of this course are from the senior one of high school. After three years of study in junior high school, most students have certain language expression and organizational abilit

However, in the process of translation between Chinese and English, many students may lack vocabulary related to sports events, personal names and place names, are not familiar with the structure, function and sentence pattern of the letter of introduction, and lack corresponding writing skills,
