50、ock formations were created by deposited sediments along with wind and water erosion.The park has many fossils such as this skull(inset)of a mammal that lived 38 to 16 million years ago.We just crossed the Mississippi!Soon well officially be in the Great Plains.I learned in school that a plain is a
