Section A 3a-3c教学设计课标分析本单元的话题是”facts about the world”,属于课标的“人与自然”主题范畴。主题群是自然生态。子主题内容是热爱与敬畏自然,与自然和谐共生。本节课的语篇为一篇说明文。本节课旨在提高学生的核心素养包括语言能力,文化意识,思维品质和学习能力。能在听、读、看的过程中,围绕语篇内容记录重点信息,整体理解和简要概括主要内容;能根据读到的关键词对人物、地点、事件等进行推断;能分析和梳理常见书面语篇的基本结构特征。能提取、整理、概括稍长语篇的关键信息、主
2、要内容和思想和观点。能从不同角度解读语篇,推断语篇的深层含义,作出正确的价值判断。对英语学习有持续的兴趣和较为明确的学习需求与目标,有积极主动的学习态度和较强的自信心。能在学习活动中积极与他人合作,共同完成学习任务。能在学习过程中积极思考,主动探究,发现并尝试使用多种策略解决语言学习中的问题,积极进行拓展性运用。教材分析本课主题属于“人与自然”范畴,涉及“热爱与敬畏自然”。一、语篇研读What: 本语篇是有关珠穆朗玛峰的一篇文章。主要包括三个部分。第一部分的内容主要是珠穆朗玛峰的“facts and dangers”。主要从珠峰的特点,位置,高度以及所存在的风险来描述。第二部分主要从“achi
3、evements of climbers”方面描述。涉及世界上到达珠峰的第一人,第一个到达珠峰的中国队伍和第一位到达珠峰的女士。第三部分主要涉及“spirit of climbers”。本部分从两个方面进行描述。第一方面,人们前仆后继登峰的原因和登山者的精神给我们的启示。Why:作者通过描述珠穆朗玛峰的特点和它所存在的各种困难,使读者明白,只要有坚持不懈、永不言弃的精神,无论在生活中遇到什么困难都能够克服。How:本语篇是一篇非常典型的说明文。明线描述了珠穆朗玛的特点和危险,以及登山者的成就和精神。暗线则揭示了登山者成功的根本原因。向我们展示了无论在生活遇到多大的困难,只要我们永不放弃,坚持梦
4、想,守住初心,就一定会成功。学情分析本节课所学所学内容是珠穆朗玛峰,对于学生来说能引起极大的学习兴趣。八年级的学生有能力通过互相合作完成课堂任务,他们可以共同协作解决课堂中所遇到的难题并且可以分享学习英语的乐趣。学生在八年级上册 unit4已经接触过最高级并且在本单元的第一课时已经学习了一些自然地理特征的表达。因此学习起来并不难。【教学目标】通过本课学习,学生能够:1. 获取珠穆朗玛峰的基本信息(如特点、位置、高度以及所存在的困难)。梳理概括登山者所遇到的困难和克服困难的精神,借助可视化图形呈现结构化知识;2. 基于机构化知识,描述登山者所遇到的困难和他们的成就,分析、推断登山者得以克服种种困
5、难的深层原因;3. 分析、评价登山者的行为和精神,推断登山成功的关键要素;4. 根据自身实际,解决自己身边所遇到的困难。5. 树立环保意识,做到人与自然和谐相处。教学重难点:1.通过学习理解类活动,引导学生进入主题,围绕主题获取、梳理、概括、整合基本的事实性信息,指导学生借助可视化图形整理结构化知识,通过在文中筛选、摘录,以及在图形中呈现与主题意义紧密关联的词块学习语言。2.开展多层次的实践活动,帮助他们内化所学语言和文化知识。教师继而基于问题链设计活动,引导学生分析和推断登山者能够克服困难的深层次原因,使学生认识到登山者能够取得成功的根本原因是永不言弃的精神,促进学生对主题的认识由浅入深,得
