1、八年级下册 (U5)一、目标:1. 识记:熟练识记本单元单词表上所有单词和短语;常见动词的过去式,尤其是不规则动词的过去式;动词的-ing构成规则;表示过去的时间状语,尤其是常与过去进行时连用的时间状语。2. 理解:理解动词的过去进行时的用法以及肯定、否定和疑问句式;when和while引导的时间状语从句的不同用法。3. 运用:运用过去进行时描述在过去的某一时间点或某段时间正在进行的动作; 通过阅读文章标题和每段首句了解文章主旨大意的阅读策略。4. 教材中的重点固定搭配go off, pick up (=pick up the phone), fall asleep, die down, ma
2、ke ones way, in silence, in a mess, take down, at first, have a look, feel like, beat heavily, against the windows, remember doing sth., have trouble doing sth.二、重点:1. 重点“四会”词的默写;运用过去进行时描述在过去的某一时间点或某段时间正在进行的动作;2. when, while引导的时间状语从句中的过去时和过去进行时的不同用法。三、难点:1. 过去进行时与一般过去时的主要区别。四、知识梳理:1. 句型与词汇:(1) 词汇:重点

While Linda was sleeping, Jenny was helping Mary with her homework3. 语法:过去进行时(1) 结构:was / were +v.-ing(2) 句式: I was reading in the library when the rainstorm came.I wasnt

Were you reading in the library when the rainstorm came?Yes, I was. / No, I wasnt.When it began to rain, Ben was helping his mom make dinner.= It began to rain while Ben was helping his mom make dinner.(3) 一般过去时与过去进行时用法的比较: David wrote a letter to his
7、 friend last night. 大卫昨晚给他的朋友写了封信。(信写完了。)David was writing a letter to his friend last night. 大卫昨晚一直在给他的朋友写信。(信不一定写完。)五、复习过程(仅供参考):1. 词汇复习:Vocabulary & Recycling学生把本单元词汇(两个栏目,包括新词和复习词汇)认真过一遍,把不认识的或已经忘记的单词勾出来,课后把这些已勾出的单词分单元誊写在笔记本上(注明词性和词义,如能要求学生造句则效果会更好),再利用早读和课外时间加强记忆,直到能默写出来为止。教师如能安排时间督促、抽测、听写,则效果会
8、更好。2. 句型复习:学生齐读或分组朗读本单元Target language,并能准确翻译所有的目标语言。(可点名要求中等学生翻译)同时划出每句包含过去进行时的结构。3. 语法复习:1)利用目标语言对过去进行时做一个简要的复习与归纳:(具体见上面的知识梳理语法,要避免枯燥的语法讲解,以中考考纲为指南适时点拨即可,重点放在练习上,通过练习可发现疑难点,巩固和强化词汇、句型和语法点)2)与学生一起归纳常与过去进行时连用的时间状语:At this time yesterday, at 8:00 last night, last night, from 9:00 to 11:00 last Sunda
9、y, at that time (then),when或while引导的时间状语从句等等3)语法巩固练习:(用小黑板或投影仪展示给学生)根据句意及括号内所给动词的提示填空: While Bob was drinking, Bill _(listen) to music. They _(shop) when I met them I didnt hear you; I _(watch) TV then. They _(take) photos from 7:00 to 10:00 yesterday. We _(communicate) with the foreigners yesterday afternoon.4. 课文复习,要求学生课后有计划地通读每单元2d的对话以及Section A(3a), Section B(2b)的课文,相互讨论重难点句子的理解,也可以查阅相关资料。
