16、友将折好的一条报纸拉住，被拉住的报纸放在高 （钻爬）或低位（跳跃）便形成障碍，另一组小朋友穿越所摆放 的障碍后，拿一颗小布球放到篮子里，然后到队伍后方排队。4 .分散活动：幼儿自主选择户外活动材料！利用大型综合玩具锻炼幼儿跑、跳、爬、攀、钻等技能， 及全身动作的协调性。六、餐前活动（11： 00-11： 10）教师组织幼儿洗手、喝水，养成幼儿良好的卫生习惯。 并利用这段时间，安排幼儿进行一些较安静的活动（听故事、 念儿歌手指操等等），安抚幼儿的情绪，使幼儿能够心情愉 快、安静地进餐。七、午餐（11： 10-11： 40）培养幼儿安静进餐并指导幼儿正确进餐动作。八、餐后散步（11： 40-11： 50）九、午睡（11： 50-14： 10）
