1、Unit6语法，知识点，写作背默语法精讲“It is+adj.(+of sb)+to do sth”句型此句型意为“某人做某事真是/太了”,其中It是形式主语，没有具体的意义，真正的主语是后面的动词 不定式短语。该句型中的形容词描述的是人的特征、品质等。常用于此句型的形容词有 good,kind,clever,right,nice,rude,wise,wrong,honest,generous,careful,careless,silly 等。 例如： Its really very kind of you to help me with the housework on Sundays.你在
2、星期天帮我做家务真的太好了。 注意：1 .在“It is+M/.(+of sb)+to do sth”句型中,of后的宾语与动词不定式之间存在逻辑上的主谓关系,一般都可以转 换成一个以。f后的宾语为主语的句子。例如：It is foolish of them to do so.They are foolish to do so.他们这样做真是愚蠢。2.该句型在表示不定式的否定意义时，需要在不定式前加not,即“It is+aaX+of sb)+not to do sth。例如：Ifs rude of you not to be polite to the old.你对老人不礼貌真是粗鲁。“It
3、 is+adj.(+for sb)+to do sth”句型此句型意为“对某人来说做某事是的，其中It是形式主语，没有具体的意义，真正的主语是后面的动 词不定式短语，介词for后面的人作动词不定式短语的逻辑主语。该句型中的形容词说明要做的事情本身的特 点，如可能性、必然性或难易程度等。常用于此句型的形容词有 important,necessary,possible,impossible,dangerous,safe,easy,hard,difficult,meaningful 等。 例 如： Its necessary for him to do so.他有必要这么做。Its impossib

12、么。expect v.意为“期盼，等待”，expect to do sth期待去做某事；expect sb to do sth期待某人去做某事。如：I expect to get a nice birthday present.我期盼得到一份好的生日礼物。Do you expect him to teach you English? 你期盼他教你英语吗？9 .The Special Olympics World Games give children and adults with intellectual disabilities a chance to show their skills
13、to the world.特奥会给有智力缺陷的孩子和成人一个向全世界展示能力的机会。(1)句中的with短语为后置定语，修饰children and adults。介词短语作定语一般要后置。e.g. The key to my bicycle is missing. 我的自行车钥匙丢 了。(2) chance可作可数名词，意为“机会；机遇”。 e.g. Please give me a chance to explain.请给我一个解释的机会。短语by chance意为“偶然地；碰巧:e.g. I met one of my old friends by chance yesterday.lO
