11、ity at the point where the city meets the nat-ural landscape of the hills,the valleys and the ocean.The goal of Phase 2 is to create a new technology center that will be a place to work,live,learn and play.A place that will be able to compete at an international level to attract creative and executi
12、ve talents.The GoalsThese Design Guidelines are here to provide the designers of the Hekouwan Site with direction to ensure that the principle vision and goals of the Master Plan are maintained.The guidelines address the following overall goals for the site.1.Create a vibrant place to foster an inte
