1、 加强效能建设学习心得 加强效能建立的学习心得 一、加强效能建立的的重要性和必要性 效能能主要指办事的效率和工工作的力量。效能是衡量量工作结果的尺度,效率率、效果、效益是衡量效效能的依据。效能建立的的根本目的是运用各种科科学治理的手段、制度和和载体,调开工作人员的的积极性、主动性和制造造性,不断提高工作人员员的办事效率和工作力量力,提高为人民效劳的质质量,保证党和政府的方方针政策得以贯彻落实。 机关效能建立是治理理科学的重要组成部份,是一种高层次的治理形形式和载体,是以效能为为根本目标,以实现优质质高效为目的,全面提升升各级单位及其工作人员员治理行为、力量、运转转状态、效率、效果、效效益的治理
