1、一针疗法的临床应用Clinical Application of the One-needle Therapy 一、头痛(Headache)1.头维点刺出血Touwei(ST8)prickthepoint治疗经前头痛(to treat headachebeforemenstruation)2.肓俞Huangshu(KI16),治疗用脑过度等所致肾虚冲逆引起的血管性头痛，喜欢重按者(totreatkidney-deficiencyvascularheadache caused by brain overstrain,and the pain can get relieved bypressing
2、).在头侧部，当额角发际上0.5寸，头正中线旁开4.5寸。腹中部，当脐中旁开.寸。二、眉棱骨痛(Pain in the Supraorbital Region)1昆仑 Kunlun(SJ17)风邪所致for treatingpain in the supraorbital region caused bypathogenicwind2解溪 Jiexi(ST41)胃经浊热上攻所致fortreating pain in the supraorbital regioncaused by ascending of turbid heat ofstomachmeridian在足部外踝后方，当外踝尖与跟腱
3、之间的凹陷处。在足背与小腿交界处的横纹中央凹陷中，当拇长伸肌腱与趾长伸肌腱之间三、麦粒肿(Stye)1.肩胛区红点放血上眼睑（uppereyelid:bleedredspotsinscapularregion）2.足中趾点刺出血下眼睑（lowereyelid:bleedthemiddletoe）若足大、次、中趾刺血，疗效更佳（Bettercurativeresultscanbeachievedifprickingthebig,secondandmiddletoesatthesametime)四、牙痛(Toothache)1.翳风风火牙痛YiFeng(SJ17)fortreatingwind-f

5、che 在耳垂后方，当乳突与下颌角之间的凹陷处。当乳突与下颌角之间的凹陷处。在足内侧，内踝后方，当内踝尖与跟腱之间的凹陷处。在前臂背面桡侧，当阳溪与曲池连上，腕横纹上3寸；五、落枕(Stiff neck)1后溪Houxi(SI3)或束骨Shugu(BL65)太阳经(Tai-yangmeridian)2悬钟Xuanzhong(GB39)少阳经(Shao-yangmeridian)在手掌尺侧，微握拳，当手太阳小肠经穴。小指本节（第5掌指关节）后的远侧掌横纹头赤白肉际。在足外侧，足小趾本节（第5跖趾关节）的后方，赤白肉际处。在小腿外侧，当外踝尖上3寸，腓骨前缘。六、颈椎病（Cervical spon
6、dylosis）1.束骨Shugu(BL65)2.昆仑Kunlun(BL60)3.后溪Houxi(SI3)4.腕骨Wangu(SI4)5.太溪Taixi(KI3)6.大钟Dazhong(KI4)7.足跟腱中点Achillestendon在手掌尺侧，当第5掌骨基底与钩骨之间的凹陷处，赤白肉际。在足内侧，内踝后下方，当跟腱附着部的内侧前方凹陷中。七、肩周炎(Peripheral shoulder arthritis)1对侧阳陵泉下半寸左右压痛点(tendernessabout0.5cuninferiortothecontralateralYanglingquanGB37)2条口透承山(fromTi
7、aokouST38penetratingtoChengshanBL57)3鱼肩Yujian我发现、命名的新穴(ItisthenewpointthatIfoundandnamed.)4.三间Sanjian(LI3)5后溪Houxi(SI3)6束骨Shugu(BL65)经筋病“肩不举”(Themeridiantendonandmusclediseases,eg:failuretoraisethehand)在小腿前外侧，当犊鼻下8寸，距胫骨前缘一横指（中指）。在小腿后面正中，委中与昆仑之间，当伸直小腿或足跟上提时腓肠肌肌腹下出现三角形凹陷处。微握拳,在手食指本节(第2掌指关节)后,桡侧凹陷处。八、中
8、风手指拘挛(Fingers Constriction due to Apoplexy)腕骨Wangu(SI4)九、乳腺增生病（Breast lump）人迎（RenyingST9）在颈部，结喉旁，胸锁乳突肌的前缘，颈总动脉搏动处。十、急性腰扭伤(Acute lumbar muscle sprain)1人中Renzhong(DU26)“人中除腰脊之强痛”腰部正中（腰椎）扭伤(“RenzhongDU26canalleviateseriouslumbago,especiallylumbagointhemiddleoftheback”)2后溪Houxi(SI3)督脉扭伤(Du-meridiansprai
9、n)3.龈交异点Yinjiao(DU28)督脉扭伤例门诊女病人(Du-meridiansprain)十、急性腰扭伤(Acute lumbar muscle sprain)4手三里Shousanli(LI10)针灸甲乙经：“腰痛不得卧，手三里主之。”原因：手阳明经筋挟脊内。(A-B Classic of Acupuncture and Moxibustion：“ShousanliLI10isusedtotreatseriouslumbago.”Reason:thetendonandmuscleregionofHand-Yangmingdistributesonspinalcolumn)5太冲穴处
