2、evelop training courses to meet production line work need. 开发培训课程以符合产线的工作须要。 3. make training plan according to the demand of the matrix q from the production line .依据 产线q-matrix的需求,制定培训安排。 4. document management, include employee training records management, maintenance of self-help examination sys
3、tem effective operation, new employee skills to register, extend the question bank and so on. 文档管理,包括员工培训档案管理、维护自助考试系统的有效运行、建立和维护培训中心资料库、如新员工新技能登记,扩充题库等、车间作业指导书和培训记录归档等。 5. develop and maintain external training suppliers, evaluate and select suitable courses and trainers to meet the training needs
