1、应用文之通知写作指导讲义一、通知分类通知属于应用文，写作时只需把通知的时间，地点，参加人员，活动过程及注意事项交代清楚即可，不需要掺杂太多的个人情感和看法。通知分为书面通知和口头通知。口头通知有固定的开头段和结尾段。正文，即通知的具体内容，几乎没有差异。故写作之前的审题就很必要，要分清是书面通知还是口头通知。（口头通知开头）Dear students /Boys and girls! May I have your attention, please? I have an announcement to make.同学们/所有人，注意了！我有个通知要发布！（口头通知结尾）Thats all.
2、Thank you.二、通知的主要特点1.时态一般多用一般将来时；2.人称： 通常是第二人称或三人称；3.语态：因为通知主要是对活动内容或对象进行说明，故尽量用被动语态；4.句式：多用简单句，祈使句，因为通知多为告知、要求、建议他人做事；5.少用修饰性词语（如形容词）和个人观点类词句（如：I think,as far as Im concerned等）。因为发通知的人主要是传达信息，活动的成功与否及感受由参与者评价。三、具体段落内容英语书面表达最好是三段，因为词数一般是80100左右，段落太多让人感觉词数不够！第一段：通知的目的和意义和大致安排1、为了 / 旨在*In order to do*
