1、书信的格式（一）信纸格式：A.称呼（后面的标点是逗号,）:DearSirorMadam,B.正文：开头空4 个字节写，注意分段1、开门见山说意图2、咨询/建议1、2、3、3、不同内容可分段4、感谢客气不可少C.(期待回信),结束语：祝福(Bestwishes,)D.谦称，签名：Sincerelyyours，Lihua（二）开头段：1、告知对方你的身份（假如对方不认识你）DearSir/Mr.Smith,Iwasastudentatyourcollege,enrolledinPhilosophyDepartment.IamahighschoolstudentfromNingbo.Mynameis
