30、一个学生都能拥有一个辉煌的未来吗?那么,如何为孩子未来的发展打下良好的基础?是值得每一位教师,尤其是班主任教师的深思。因为班主任是学校具有特殊身份的教育者。作为班级的教育者和组织者,在班集体的发展和学生的健康成长中起着十分重要的作用。我从参加工作至今,二十多年来一直担任班主任工作,回忆这些年带班所走过的每一步,品味着工作带给我的欣慰和快乐,更加坚定了我做一名优秀班主任的信念和决心。经过多年的实践探索利学习思考,我的治班理念已经逐渐明朗,那 就 是“以情育人,用爱心点燃学生心灵的火花;活动育人,用丰富多彩的活动促进学生全面发展”。位教育家曾经说过:“犹如没有水,就不能称其为池塘一样,没有感情,没

31、有爱,也就没有教育。”工作二十多年来,我从没有放弃过教师自身素质的培养,从教中学,从学中教,乐此不疲。用我的真诚、爱意透视学生纯洁而又丰富的内心世界,唤起学生对爱和真诚的追求,感染学生、浸润学生渴望理解的心田,用充满爱的语言去抚慰一颗颗幼小的心灵。一、关爱学生,用爱撑起一片蓝天1、沟通是教育的前提。师生之间如果缺乏了解和沟通,感情就会有隔膜,教育就无从展开。沟通应从了解开始。苏联著名教育家乌申斯基说过:如果教育家希望从一切方面去教育人,那 么 就 必 须 从 切方面去了解人。因此,我在班级管理工作中,经常通过不同方法与学生交流,在交流中了解每个同学的家庭情况、性格特点、爱好、健康状况及学习变化

32、。例如,我在与如今所带班级学生的交流中得知班内三名同学生活在单亲家庭时,一种怜爱之情,一种强烈的责任感油然而生。我深知,生活在单亲家庭中的孩子情感脆弱,性格孤僻、倔强、逆反心理强,因此,在日常的生活学习中,我会不经意地送给他们一个亲切的微笑,一个满意的赞许,一个温馨的眼神,一个慈祥的抚摸,让他们感受到老师真挚的爱,使这些原本不幸的孩子在班集体这个大家庭里变得开朗活泼、乐观向上,有着较强的集体荣誉感。2、运用心理教育。基础教育的价值体现在未来,受教育者只有具备良好的心理素质,才能在未来社会获得最佳的生存和发展空间。因此本学年,我在班里发起这样一个倡议:师生共建相互交流的 绿色通道,包括两种形式:

33、(1)家构通桥一日记(2)热线连着你和我一家庭心理电话以此为学生提供多渠道的倾诉,使个性千差万别的学生,在心理错位时得以倾诉,摆脱烦恼。有一次,我在班里布置了一篇作文 你心目中的老师。在作文里,同学们大胆地说出了他们心目中老师的形象从孩子真诚的话语中,我获得了许多宝贵的意见,所以在后来的班会上,我说:“老师很感谢你们提出的宝贵意见,从今以后,我一定做一个你们满意的老师:有爱心,正直好学,富有创新精神的授课能手,教学工作做出改进。反过来,我也向你们提出老师心目中的学生形象,是同样有爱心,懂得自尊、自爱和尊重别人。”从那以后,我与学生的距离更近了,孩子们经常向我倾诉内心的酸楚、快乐.我曾这样寄语我

34、的学生们:“同学们,我是过去,你们是未来;我是一片树叶,你们是整个森林;我是一支蜡烛,你们是熊熊火炬;我是一条小溪,你们是黄河、长江相信我们每一位同学都拥有美好的明天”二、以活动为载体,营造个性发展的空间心理学家皮亚杰也曾指出:活动是人的认识、智慧、思维发生、发展的机制。通过活动能使学生得到丰富和发展。因此,我非常注重从开展活动入手,以活动为载体,以活动的形式、内容为依托,为学生创设个性发展的空间,营造和谐、宽松的班级氛围,寓教于景、于乐、于形。1、创设有特色的班级文化、举行主题鲜明的班队活动。按 照“建设团结向上班集体,营造和谐健康新环境”的工作思路,本学年我班开展了“好大一棵树”的主题班会

35、。在这次活动中,无论设计、组织,我都让学生自己去思考,去实践。调动全班同学的积极性,使他们普遍感到:这是我们自己的活动,我们要动脑筋想办法,在活动中显身手,显才华。在活动中,同学们围绕主题,主动查找资料,搜集图片。同学们自制绿树叶,绘制“地图树”,自己写诗,体现了集体智慧的交融。通过这次活动,同学们受到感染和熏陶,思维受到开拓、发展,增强了集体凝聚力和学生的使命感,又丰富了他们的精神世界,呼唤了爱与真诚。、巧用教室空间。两周一期的板报,以突出的主题,多彩的板块,成为班中亮点;墙壁上“我真棒 小巧手”里图文并茂的手抄报,意境深远的美术作品,相映成趣;“植物园”中的一棵棵幼苗在全班师生的呵护下茁壮

36、成长这些构筑着学生理想的“文化大餐”形成班内一道亮丽的风景线。2、开展社会实践活动,勇当社会小主人在 学 习 地球就诊记后,学生自发地组织了环保小分队,如今,“环保小卫士”们正在行动着:收集废纸、废弃电池、捡塑料袋;号召村民节约水资源;全班同学利用课余时间进行调查了解社会用字情况,并向有关部门提出如何规范社会用字的建议。走出校园,走进社会,关注社会,不仅没有影响学生的学习,反而增强了他们的社会责任感,丰富了社会知识,增长了阅历,找到了学习的立足点。有人说,每个人的心灵深处都有一汪清泉,一切美的情感都源于此,但要有一定的动力激荡它。我就是以“丰富的情感和活动”为动力,调动学生积极、健康的因素,促进学生的个性发展。现在,我班在班风、班貌方面受到全校师生的交口称赞,教学成绩在全镇范围内也一直名列前茅,我班也连续多次被评为校“优秀班级体”。今年,我班 又 被 评 为 保 定 市“优秀班级体”,贾康丽同学被评为保定市“优秀少年”,我个人也连续两年受到县政府嘉奖。不过,成绩再辉煌,也已经成为过去。望前方,情长路更长。今后,我将继续追求探索,努力创设学生全面发展的育人环境,让每一个学生都有辉煌的明天!
