1、11.情态动词和系动词课标要求掌握情态动词的用法情态动词常用的情态动词有：can(could)、may(might)、must、need、oughtto、dare(dared)、will(would)等等。情态动词不能独立作谓语，只能和动词原形一起构成谓语。情态动词用在行为动词前，表示说话人对这一动作或状态的看法或主观设想。一情态动词的用法1. can 用法1）表示能力，但can只用于现在时和过去时，be able to可用于各种时态。2).表示允许、请求用could比can 语气更加委婉客气，常用于could I /you .?句型中，若表示同意时，用can回答而不用could .3).表示
2、推测 “可能”常用于否定句或疑问句中。（cant表示一定不是）2. may 用法1）表允许，请求= can 表示许可或征求对方的许可，常于第一人称连用。2）表推测，可能、也许。常用于肯定句中。3. must1）表示义务。意为“必须”（主观意志）。2）mustnt 表禁止、不允许。 3）表示揣测。意为“想必、准是、一定”等，只用于肯定句。4.need的用法 need既可用作情态动词，也可用作实义动词。用作情态动词时，主要否定句或疑问句中。用作实义动词时，可用于各种句式。5. should的用法Should表示应该、应当，should 是shall的过去式，构成过去将来时。6. will的用法1.
3、 表示意愿will 表示现在的意愿，would表示过去的意愿。2. 表示征求意见或提出请求will和would均可用，主要用于第二人称的疑问句中，would此时并不表过去，而表示委婉语气。注意：1. 回答must引导的一般疑问句时，如果是否定回答，一般不用mustnt，而要用neednt或 dont have to；回答表示请求的may引导的一般疑问句时，不可用may not，而要用mustnt，也可用cant；在回答could引导的表示请求的一般疑问句时，不能用could回答，而要用can。2. 情态动词表推测，一般有肯定推测，不大确定推测和否定推测三种。肯定用must，不大确定用may/m
4、ight/can/could，否定用cant.掌握连系动词的用法及意义1.连系动词是表示不完全谓语关系的动词，它与其后的表语一起构成谓语。2.常用的系动词有：be(是), become(变得), turn(变得)，seem(似乎)，grow(变得)，look(看起来)，feel(感到、摸起来)，taste(尝起来)，smell(闻起来)，sound(听起来), remain(仍是)，get(变、是)，appear(显得)，go(变得)，come(变成)，stay(保持)等。3.连系动词后的表语通常是名词和形容词，有时也可以是代词、数词、副词、介词短语、不定式、动名词、从句等。英语中所有的连系动
